The staff are very friendly

Not a great hotel. Pretty old, with a small and limited breakfast buffet. On their website they have written the parking is free but it is not! They asked me €8 for one night. Not much ofc, but unexpected! And when we arrived at 11 pm, they first said there is no garage/parking, but after I complained about their ad, the guy at the reception came and opened the gate.

Good location at the border with Torino. Quiet area and very good for city discovery and rest after. Nice and clean rooms, and nice people too, working in hotel. I made a good choice in all.

Hôtel bien situé par rapport au métro Bengasi. Excellent accueil par toute l'équipe. Chambre confortable et très propre.

Chambre avec télé son stéréo : d'un côté le son de la télé du voisin de droite, de l’autre côté celui de la chambre de gauche

Quartier calme,excellent accueil en français, chambre propre et confortable, petit déjeuner varié. Seul problème : l'insonorisation de la chambre qui permet d'entendre tous les bruits venant des chambres conjointes.

Twelve Hôtel est un petit hôtel de quartier proche du métro avec un personnel accueillant. petit dèj complet et copieux un bon plan pour visiter Turin. Je recommande. Aussi une excellente pizzeria à deux pas de l'hôtel le "49"

Pagato per notte e colazione per 2, al check in ci è stato detto che abbiamo pagato troppo poco per avere la colazione. Basiti, abbiamo accettato la cosa. Al check Out differente personale della reception ci ha fatto sapere, ormai tardi, che noi giustamente avevamo anche la colazione. Mi spiace ma non penso che ritorneremo.

Semplice ed essenziale, stanza singola piccola ma comoda, manca il bide in bagno. Posizone non centrale, come volevo per poter parcheggiare senza pagare. Va bene per il prezzo, personale gentile e disponibile.

Equipe muito educada, atenciosa e prestativa. A pouca distância do centro de Turim e com um excelente café da manhã e preço bastante razoável.

Struttura un po' datata, servizio colazione deludente solo macchinetta (per celiaci non attrezzati) inoltre poco parcheggio in zona.

Pulito, accogliente, personale gentilissimo, prezzo molto buono per la zona. Ci tornerò.
