Really bad service Just booked a room and found out I booked a mistake and wanted to cancel, but they still let me cancel but the money was not refunded Other people's hard-earned money should be refunded at least 50% if there is a valid reason. Everyone should consider when booking this hotel

Old room, damp smell, dusty. No TV, kettle, water filter. Not worth the money.

Every time I go on a business trip I usually stay at this hotel. Everything is very standard. The space is beautiful, the decoration feels warm and cozy like at home.

Gloomy, really gloomy if I put it directly I won't get anywhere

Friendly staff. Motorbike parking available. Toilets have showers. The room is a bit old and there is no drinking water available in the room. If you want to drink water, you have to buy it at the reception desk for 10,000 VND/bottle. The bathtub has no water stopper. Old blankets, pillows and towels.

Lúc mình book khách sạn thì đọc được nhiều comment phòng tối và cũ nhưng khi mình ở thì phòng ốc sạch sẽ không quá cũ và cũng không quá âm u đâu ạ, các cô chú tiếp tân siêu nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Nói chung là mình cảm thấy ở rất thoải mái
