It is a very nice hotel, the location is excellent, many places nearby you can just walk to. Staff was very kind too. Will stay here again.

Celeste was excellent.

Excellent location with a short walk to buses and metro. Staff were helpful and polite and most reception staff spoke good English. Tourist area so felt safe, with several restaurants and some shops, very busy at night but quiet at rear and on higher floors.

Health conditions terrible. The rooms facing front of the hotel are noisy. You cannot sleep untill 5.00 am. Too many sports bars qith music above 120db untill early morning. Terrible stay. Worst ever i. 60 years of traveling

Great location. Room was a bit warm, until I opened the window. Breakfast has room for improvement. Markets, cemetary, bars, museum and restaurants nearby.

Very loud street noise with the windows shut. AC kept at 24°C with no fan. Stuffy room. Great view of cemetery. Breakfast was basic.

While this is an older building, the service, cleanliness and location made up for it.

Check in was a process. I booked a double room and got a standard room. Had to wait to get the new room. Customer service was great though!
