Large beautiful rooms, great staff, excellent recommendations for dinner by staff.

This was an absolutely lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The rooms were luxurious and immaculate. The manager of the restaurant (Celia) was so efficient, and she and the staff were so welcoming. She even remembered our names after the first morning. Other staff in the hotel were also so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing room, the staff were very friendly and helpful. You got a welcome and farewell gift. Central position, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well located and staff are extremely pleasant. We were surprised by turn down service, local pastry pastel de nada, and cherry liquor to make our own nighttime cocktail. The receptionist was great with recommendations and a marked map.

Fabulous little hotel hidden away behind a big expensive monstrosity. Fabulous, great breakfast and superb room. easy walking to most of central Lisbon

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel right at home. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious hot buffet breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. Our room had high ceilings, was spotlessly clean, and featured soft, cozy linens along with a sleek, modern bathroom. We had an enjoyable experience!!!

Excellent boutique hotel in the middle of Lisbon. Clean, modern and comfortable. We booked a superior room which was very large and well appointed.

Great property great stay

Convenient to walk everywhere, pedestrianised street, nice added touches with a few retreats.

Other than the first morning’s power outage and water supply disruption for a short period of time, everything is perfect!

Front desk staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast servers also very pleasant.

My wife and I have just returned from a 6 night stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s is a beautiful environment and is kept exceptionally clean at all times. All staff we encountered were happy, polite, helpful and professional and just really nice people. Our room was very well equipped, spacious, clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast choices were excellent even for my vegan requirements. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough - we had a wonderful first visit to Lisbon and this hotel has made us both want to return again soon.

It was central to a lot of the main attractions. We only had a day and got to see a lot by walking around. They treated us like gold. I was nervous about possible metro noise from prior reviews. I am a light sleeper and I never heard a thing. We stayed on the 1st floor.

The hotel is on a quiet side area with no direct road in front so drop off by the Uber driver was a bit difficult as we did not know where we were going. However, once we found the hotel - it was lovely, very convenient location to all the sites and excellent breakfast included. It is also right next to the tram stop for tram 28. I would definitely recommend!

This was our first stop in Portugal. The room was lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Tons of shops and restaurants are nearby. A rental car place is close and the subway and tram are near. It is tucked away on a side street, so people aren't familiar with it, but it is right behind the Mundial. Great location, good people, I'd stay here again.

What a wonderful stay at this excellent boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable lovely rooms. Super friendly and welcoming staff. A pleasure to stay here and a great location. Close to everything. Highly recommend.

Great central location, all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing seemed too much trouble, breakfast was surprisingly good with a lot of choice for an inclusive continental . Bathroom was very clean and a big space with a great shower, only down side was the room was quite small with only a small single wardrobe with 5 hangers so we lived out of our cases, that said for service and location I would definitely stay again

Room is fairly small but it was very nice stay. Kind staff and great location to everywhere. Welcome wine was plus. Only down thing was we couldn’t get a parking for a mini van we rented.
