A lovely resort. Warm and cozy. Wonderful white sand beach. Most impressive is the restaurant next to the sea for a BEAUTIFUL & RELAXING view. Really like this resort 🩷🩷

The staff is very cute and enthusiastic!

Friendly staff, luggage assistance, delicious breakfast, cool trees around. However, the bungalow downstairs is dark, anything done upstairs makes the downstairs noisy and you can't sleep. The parking lot has areca trees that block the parking space so it's difficult to get in and out.

Overall, I had a pretty satisfying stay here. I will evaluate each aspect separately to have the most objective view. - About the landscape: Good. The scenery is like in the countryside. Coconut trees are everywhere. Although the total area of the resort is not very large, the plants and vegetables are rich: papaya, pennywort, lemon, grapefruit, plum, banana, ... Rating 9/10 - About the rooms: the house is built in the Bungalow style with a natural feel, so the materials used are wood, or similar to rattan and bamboo paintings... The area outside the bedroom is ok, fully equipped. Rating 8/10 - Bathroom area: This is the point I am not very satisfied with. Firstly, there are very few hooks or trees to hang clothes. Secondly, the shower and toilet are in the same area with the curtain pulled back, cramped and dark, the floor is made of stone, standing feels rough and easy to accumulate water, does not completely drain away water residue like normal bathroom floor tiles. The small trash can is placed next to the toilet because of lack of space, you have to lift the lid with your hand, there is no thing to press the lid on... Rating: 6/10 - Beach and swimming pool area: quite ok. Rating: 8/10 - Restaurant: buffet with few dishes. There are banh xeo and some pho noodles...delicious. 8/10 - Service attitude: the staff are very enthusiastic, they ask questions, support and smile a lot with customers, this point seems to be a bit more enthusiastic than necessary, I don't know if it's because there was a scandal in the past related to service attitude, but now they have improved, whether it's Western or Eastern customers, they are friendlier than expected. Rating: 11/10 :))

Enthusiastic staff, breakfast food is not diverse

Short vacation, very fun, everything was great, except the breakfast buffet was not very good, many insects.

I must say that the staff are super friendly and enthusiastic. I arrived at the resort around 1:20 p.m. When the staff saw us coming from afar, they helped carry our luggage and checked in quickly because the documents were already prepared. Welcome drink is a glass of water (artichoke?) with lovely decoration. And we were also able to check in early - The plus point is that the beach is easy to swim and has fine sand. - 2 large, clean swimming pools. - My room is in the soup room, clean, spacious, with filtered water and fruit for free! - Another thing is that the staff is very delicate. When they lead us to the room, they knock on the door, check the card, open the door for us to enter first, then they take off their outside shoes after instructions. Too great!! - I must praise that the restaurant makes very delicious food, suitable to my taste and the dishes are also diverse. I stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast buffet on the 2 days was different. **When I returned, my car was picked up on the main road so I asked the resort to take us out and they were very happy to assist even though the guests were checking out at that time. very crowded.

Service is very good, breakfast has a variety of dishes. Happy and enthusiastic staff. The beach and swimming pool are beautiful and clean. Will come again next time I have a chance to visit Phan Thiet.

The staff is very enthusiastic and cheerful, there is an electric car to support transportation for some special cases like me being pregnant; but I like to move around gently so I didn't order; breakfast is basic but delicious, the room is clean, the swimming pool is also clean

I brought my family here during the holidays. We had a wonderful holiday. The resort is green, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast has improved and is delicious!

If you only look at the current 2-star review on Google, you won't choose this place in a hurry. Reading many reviews after Khoa Pug left, we can see that the resort has improved a lot. • Staff: Enthusiastic, assisting with luggage, serving drinks for check-in and checkout • Room: I booked a cheap Superior room, it was a bit far from the breakfast restaurant/swimming pool/beach, but the room was still spacious and comfortable. Rooftop, fully furnished, free fruit and filtered water. The room has quite fragrant essential oils, shampoo/rinse smells like conditioner, but the conditioner is a bit bad. The beach is also the cleanest among the resorts, the breakfast is diverse and delicious (the drinks are quite delicious). The garden in my opinion is beautiful, not too modernized with concrete like some new resorts nowadays. The only thing is that check out now is usually 11:00, so be careful not to wait for the bus/train time.

I booked a room close to the departure date so I didn't expect much. However, the quality of the room and service exceeded my expectations. I booked a garden view Sup room but the resort upgraded it to a sea view Suo room for free, with a super nice view. The room is spacious, the toilet - hand washing area - bathroom are designed separately so it feels clean and convenient to use. The room is designed in a soothing yellow tone, the equipment is new and works very well. The actual room is much more beautiful than the picture. Another big plus is that the staff is extremely cheerful, friendly and enthusiastic. Highly recommend everyone!
