Had a one night stay as I was going to the Alexandra Palace that evening. Was coming from Plymouth so caught the tube from Paddington to Finsbury Park Station and then the W7 bus to Muswell Hill Broadway bus stop, then a few steps to Queens Avenue and the hotel. Hotel was great I was in room 2 on the ground floor. Comfy double bed, good shower, tea making facilities with biscuits and even a fridge. There was also a hairdryer and iron with ironing board in the wardrobe. So the room was perfect for me. Check in was simple and staff were very helpful. There's no breakfast here but they told me of an excellent place for breakfast which was just around the corner. The hotel is about half a mile from Ally Pally so easily walkable so if you need a hotel near to this venue I'd definitely recommend it.

Man on reception was really helpful, let me have an early check in and have me a room upgrade. Parking available at the hotel is really useful. Great value.

The room was clean, staff helpful. Our room was a twin which was 2 double beds both were comfortable. Did find the place was in need of up dating, we had pick this hotel for distance to Alexander palace which we felt was a little longer than stated.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel in general is clean but a bit 'frayed ' definitely seen better days, but very convenient, clean and comfortable.

Very old and worn down, creaking floors everywhere, curtains don’t fit the windows. It’s like something out of faulty towers and £160 for one night, not good value! Bed was fairly comfy though

Great location, pleasant decor, Christmas decorations, nice room, clean and good condition- even biscuits with the tea!

Overall a good stay for one night on a business trip.
