The room is too old, narrow and not very clean

Có thang máy nhưng phòng bẩn , bụi bậm do sữa chữa mà không lau dọn sạch , mấy ngày mà vẫn để vậy , hạ tầng xuống cấp , lược loại to để tái sử dụng không phải loại dùng 1 lần , ở rìa khu phố cổ nên không đông vui và ít hàng ăn chỉ được là gần chợ Đồng Xuân

Very noisy! I cannot have a good sleep. Too expensive for that kind of hotel, and they changed the location of the hotel. They also changed the name of the Hotel. The hotel was named Hanoi Carina Hotel. It's a terrible experience! The heater is not working properly. There's no shampoo and soap.

the room not like photo they upload in app.. I get 10th floor...and no lift 😂.. mineral water not free..must pay.. I am just for 1 day, it's ok for me

The service is not good absolutely :( understand that it has cheap price, but it’s not meet the standard requirement. How can they let me claim to 7th floor (rooftop) with my luggage without their support just because I checked in at 11:00pm even I opened my eyes as much as possible to them. The second thing is the blanket and bed are dirty :((( and the last thing that because of my room is on the 7th floor so no water. It cannot acceptable never comeback this hostel again

The hostel was very hot and the air conditioner didn’t work so well. I couldn't control the water temperature and the water pressure was too low. I live in the highest room but this place doesn't have an elevator and I had to carry all my luggage by myself.

Just entering the room check-in, the first thing that is most frustrating is on the 4th floor without an elevator. Air conditioning is weak. Turn on forever, not cool, call the staff, the attitude of your young employees is very bad. Throttle blanket is a strong smell of bleach. What I am most dissatisfied with is the attitude of young employees.

Friendly hotel staff, rooms with balcony overlooking the beautiful view. Location near the center, convenient to travel. Affordable. Old furniture but clean and convenient. Will come back on occasion.

I rent a room for Rp 174,000 per night. The location is very strategic in the middle of many food places. The receptionist told us because we rented a cheap room so our room was in room 401. And we went up the 6th floor to get to our room, because there were only stairs and no elevator. The receptionist offers 1st floor rooms with an additional 60,000 VND but we don't want to. Old-fashioned room interior. Ancient furniture. The room is quite clean. The bathroom is clean and has no smell. Our room air conditioner was not cold and dirty. The power jack is loose. In the bathroom there are tissues, toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs and shampoo. Do not provide bath soap. There is also no mineral water, coffee and tea. There is a water heater, wifi internet, and no spoons. Friendly and kind service.

I had the most pleasant stay here. The staff was very help full. Good location. I would highly recommended this hotel to everyone.

The lodge does not have an elevator, but I think it is an old town house so I accept it. But really, climbing a 4.5-story staircase with lots of luggage is very hard. Photographs in all types of rooms have a bathtub, but I was left in the bath room. Ask the staff, then get the answer: "The picture is different, each room is different". (?!?) Small room, old, dirty, broken items. Bed sheets, pillow covers and towels smell too strong and annoying. In particular, the attitude of young employees here is not good. The worst is the youngest girl, answering the guest through the speaker as if talking, disapproving attitude. The only plus is that it is near the center of the old town, convenient for walking around the old town and walking to Hoan Kiem Lake.
