The door latch accidentally latched itself and locking us out of the room. The staff responded promptly and professionally open the door with no damage.

The hotel is a bit far from everywhere, but it's good that there is a shuttle bus and if you go to the airport/Disneyland there is a bus from in front of the hotel straight to the airport.

The hotel is well maintained, clean, and spacious. Not congested like in kowloon or mongkok. Budget friendly. We stay here for 4 days at very affordable price. They also provide shuttle too which is very convenient if you'll going to use the MTR.

The room is clean and spacious. The amenities is common as 4 star hotel. The only downside is far from MRT but thanks for their free shuttle bus 😁

The rooms are very nice. and scenic views of the windows directly view the sea as well as logistick ship ships. and tall buildings. Great

Good, by the beach, there is a shuttle bus, friendly service, ask for a pillow, give 2 more, basically okay I go with my family, every morning is tidied up, Thumb up, if I go to Hong Kong I make sure to go to this hotel again.

Far from mtr station. Need depends on shuttle bus to go out and back. Room is clean though

On the day of check out, we inform the taxi staff to go to the airport. But waiting for so long that I have to walk out to call a taxi by myself. The staff are not interested in whether the customers will catch the plane or not. Meanwhile, there was another person waiting for Taxi as well and walked out to call Taxi in the room with ants and insects walking along the shelves. There is no porter here. I paid for the travel via agent travel but still had to swipe the credit card to guarantee the room rate for almost 2 weeks. The money hasn't been refunded back to the credit card.
