Really charming. Great breakfast and spa

Beautifully located hotel with comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent and dinner,including a vegetarian option, was delicious.

Nice staff, good breakfast, I did not expect that much regarding the spa, but I was pleasantly surprised. Older style on the rooms, if you live in the annex it was about 100 meters away from the hotel. No drama for me though, but it could be for guest with a lot of baggage. Plenty of parking at the main hotel and by the annex. Air-condition had a nice temperature and also a low noise level. Only down side for us as a couple who likes to snuggle ;) we didn't enjoy twin beds, we would have preferred at least a queen size bed. The gap in the middle is a bit annoying.

For being a 4-star hotel ,the quality was pretty basic. Payed a lot of money for a room that had views of just some stones. One of the most unfortunate thing was that they never cleaned the room. The fridge was very old and dirty so we never wanted to use it. It was nice that they had free spa but because of corona they had limited amount of people that could enter the pools so when a whole family occupied the pools we had to wait... Overall the stay was okay!

Dinner and breakfast really great. Spa is not big but cosy. Nice location near sea shore.

A good spa on the brink of the ocean is always a good combo and on this occasion we had the pleasure to enjoy the first storm of the season from a safe and very comfortable vista point. Having a full storm in sight while enjoying a first class dinner was great.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, and Smogens itself was pretty (if quiet when we were there - just off season!). The food at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable, but our highlight was the small pool, hot tub and sauna - perfect for unwinding. We stayed in the Annex - the room was absolutely fine, but the building is a few hundred metres from the main hotel. I'd recommend staying in the main body of the hotel if possible.

Great place to stay while visiting the West Coast of Sweden. You can walk out to the cliffs from the hotel ... or borrow a bike to go down to the center of Smögen to shop, dine, or go sight seeing.

Fantastisk personal, här snackar vi service mindedness när den är som bäst. Enda att klaga på kanske var kocken. Beställde special då en av oss ej tål fisk, fick in kalv som smulade sog i munnen och betorna till smakade rent beskt. Personal var hjälpsam som bytte ut köttet mot oxfile som var god, men samma betor som var oätbara, fick ej nya tillbehör som var varma då det hann kallna, en av fiskrätterna hade även plasten kvar runt sig, tur att vi hann uppmärksamma då ett av barnen fick detta på sin tallrik.

huvudbyggnaden var fin, frukost jättebra. Vi bodde dock i annexet, en liten bit ifrån, denna var "så där": ingen reception, ingen minikyl, ingen minibar, rent men mycket spartanskt med tanke på priset och säsongen.

Fantastiska tre dagar med mycket god mat. Fint Spa o mycket rent både på rum o spa. Fin personal som verkligen "såg" sina gäster. Åker gärna till Smögen havsbad igen. Vi var där i februari och då mycket lugnt o fint.

Rena och fina rum. Ambitiöst SPA med lite skavanker. Bra mat och trevlig personal.

Es war ein wunderschöner und absoluter Wohlfühlort! Einziger kleiner Hacken ist, dass ed keinen Roomservice gibt. Jedoch hat der tolle Spabereich, das köstliche Essen und der zuvorkommende Service den Aufenthalt zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis gemacht.

Enjoyed our stay. My only negative comment is the spa. We arrived for our booked time and the hot tub was full of people. Bottles and drinks round the edge order both the tub and the pool. Same people were will there when we left two hours later. It’s a bit too much of a party atmosphere to be relaxing. Plus I didn’t appreciate all the dirty glasses and bottles round the pool. Otherwise there are some good amenities

Tyvärr blev det helt fel Denna hotel har en trevlig SPA och Bra massage, vilket var positiv Rummet är dålig ljud isolerat man hör allt från andra rum omkring, hög ljud gäster i korridoren, städning personal. Det luktar rök i rummet från furste som röker utomhus… denna natten var helt enkelt en mardröm. Men fick ett bra bemötande från personalen som erbjudit att flytta oss rum vilket jag accepterade inte och dem kortade ner vår resa och tillåter oss avboka resten av nätterna vilket var hög uppskattat. Det är säkert en bra hotel för konferenser men skulle inte rekommendera till par som vill ha det mysigt och vill vila.

Trevligt hotell, god middag och bra frukost. Men sängarna var inte bekväma, de var nedlegade, och kändes slitna. Behöver definitivt uppdateras. Trevliga gemensamhets utrymmen där man kunde sitta och prata.

Nöjd maten och personal är super bra.

Jättefint spa, som vi är väldigt nöjda med. Frukosten fantastisk och utöver det vanliga - mycket läckert och dessutom lugnt i matsalen. Maten på kvällen helt ok, men inte anmärkningsvärt bra och serveringspersonalen rätt rörig. De hade svårt att få ut mat och dryck på ett bra sätt och kunde inte hålla ordning på våra beställningar och inte heller på vad vi betalat och att vi betalat för vår dryck t ex. Detta upprepades två kvällar i rad och något man nog därför bör ta tag i på Hafsbadet.
