We’ve stayed here several times. The hotel is clean. Staff is friendly, and it is walking distance to several great places to eat.

My wife and I booked a room at this motel and drove two hours to cheer our two grandsons on in the Kanab, UT little league travel-ball tournament. Check-went well -a friendly gentleman checked us in and clearly explained things to me and asking for my credit card for any incidentals during our stay. To which I responded that or only extra charge should be the $20 pet charge I had read about as I signed up on the app. I explained that my wife had gotten me a puppy last August to be my therapy dog as I ha been diagnosed 2 years ago with Parkinson’s disease- I explained that she’s stil in training though since he still a very exuberant 10 month old Golden Doodle. We had a very friendly discussion about dogs as companions after which he gave us u keys and till us where our room with a king sized bed was nd where I could park just outside an elevator that would make access easier for me with my walking sticks. We had just arrived in or room and sat down to eat or lunch we had purchased at a loca retstaunt when my wife answered a ring on the room phone from a very abrupt woman indicating that we had been seen carrying our dog into the elevator and we were going to have to move rooms since we “had not paid for our dog fee and had snuck him in!” My wife— felt offended because of the accusation of dishonesty explained that of corse we had paid and we had just set down to eat. I enjoyed the included breakfast and the general friendliness of the staff.

The motel had everything I needed and was close to where I wanted to go. The only problem was navigating the stairs. Even though there was an elevator I was assigned a room where I still had to go down 6 steps to get to my room

The property was accessible to shops and restaurants. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the coffee in the room was not good. The worst part was the construction and traffic noise. The people who checked me in were very accommodating.

Advertised pool but pool was empty, very outdated property and rooms were old and gross. Housekeeping did clean well there is No only so much you can do with a property that outdated.
