Lovely hotel and staff very helpful and friendly.

Decent hotel. I suppose my room could do with an upgrade, but it was clean, dry and warm. A great location with many bars and restaurants to choose from.

Friendly lady at the reception. Problems with PIN code based access that they change during your stay, and don’t inform about the new code so you can not get in during unmanned hours of the reception (which is all the time almost). Could not call number provided because of non-mobile roaming blocking the only option to get help. If implementing a PIN based access system, it must work so the code can not be changed until all current guests have been CONFIRMED to have been informed. They should be paying me money back for this clumsy experience.

Great stay, super easy check in and very friendly staff. Area is nice and safe.

Nice but to close to church bells

The hotel runs the extremely loud party just under our room till 2 am. It was impossible to sleep. There was no receptionist at night, and nobody answered provided emergency phone. No apology or compensation from the administration

Only draw back was the number of stairs we had to climb to get to our room, otherwise it was great and close to some great shopping areas

I stay there every time I go to Denmark.

A good place to stay with an excellent placement in the centre of Naestved close to the central station and a very good level of service / reasonable pricing.

Lidt træt hotel. Badeværelserne er gamle og der er sorte fuger og hjørner; de trænger til en grundig rengøring eller at blive helt renoveret. Morgenmaden havde mange gode indslag, bl.a. nybagte boller og små lune basser, men kaffen er ringe og der er ikke mulighed for at tilkøbe en espresso. Beliggenheden er fin og hotellet er trods alt charmerende.

På værelset var der ikke meget plads til at opholde sig. På badeværelset kun håndsæbe i blok. Røgfrit hotel, men vindue ud mod baggården, hvor gæster og personalet sad og røg i. Venligt personale.

Som at sove i maskinrummet på en færge, udsugningsanlæg get larmede fra kl 6 morgen til kl 23 om aftenen 😨 skal vi overnatte der en anden gang, skal værelset IKKE vende mod gården,

Per total it was good but Not having a parking space and daily room cleaning it mad me lower the stars. Nice and quiet hotel .
