Rooms are really spacious house keeping was also wonderful is located in a good area with alot of shops around to explore would definitely reserve again on my next trip to Argentina

The apartment is side the big construction and after 8 am impossible sleeping… terrible!!!

I stayed several times, everything you need, very good location, friendly staff. Would recommend it!

I had an accident right before check-in. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. No English but they were able to communicate using Google translate. They did everything to make me as comfortable as possible.

Central to small shops and the larger commercial areas of Recoleta Located on a smaller street which never, even at night, felt dangerous. 1 block over was the major throughfare of Callao. 3 blocks to Callaco Line D Subte stop and the Holocaust Museum (open only on Sunday) . Beautiful park 1 block south. Friends cautioned us against cutting through the park late at night. The women at the front desk were always helpful. We stayed in Apart 1002 which was identical to the pictures shown on Hotels.com page. We had a balcony which was pleasant but as we were there in Jan (Argentina's summer) the sun can be intense especially with that full wall of glass and sliding door. The view from the apart isn't anything special because the upper floors of the surrounding building are a mixed lot. The AC worked well as did the ceiling fan and the insulated curtains were excellent at keeping the heat at bay.. You'll find a card slot near the door to insert your door card. That enables the electric. That means when you leave and take your door card, the electric shuts off meaning when you first enter the apartment it will be a hot/stuffy until the AC catches up. Of course you can step out on the balcony and catch the ever present breeze while awaiting the AC. Ultimately, It always comes down to would I stay here again. Yes, absolutely.

Overall a very comfortable stay and the staff there were always attentive. The location is central in Recoleta, an upscale neighborhood with lots of shopping and a variety of different restaurants. My one problem was that the wifi was terrible and I needed it for personal business.

Great people there, friendly and very capable of helping with your stay. Great place to stay.

Beautiful, clean, good services, staff very nice and helpful, excellent location.

The hotel was good and the room was comfortable. My main issue was related to the breakfast. I booked the hotel with breakfast and when I arrived, I was informed that it starts at 8:30 am. This was too late for me, since I needed to leave the hotel every morning at 7:30. They offered me vouchers for a cafe, that would only open at 8am. However, I just found that on the morning. I tried to complain with the front desk, but the person responsible was never there. At the end, I had to pay for breakfast out of my pocket and now I am trying to have a reimbursement of the amount that I payed to include it on my reservation.

They only have one Wifi router for 8 floors with booster every 2 floors. The wifi connection is awful

Perfect for our 2 week stay in Buenos Aires. A lot of space for working, preparing meals and sleeping, good cable TV, good WiFi, great location, friendly staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights in March, beds are good and wifi works fine. Location is excellent and close to all activities. Breakfast was simple but good, service was great. Only complaint was that they give you only one key and hot water uses a boiler so you need to wait at least 40 minutes for a short shower of 8 minutes tops, was kinda annoying.

Well situated, a bit noit’s at night, but there was no stovetop for cooking, just a microwave, and the bed mattress needs changing, or putting a mattress pad , as I could feel the springs.

The neighborhood was good with restaurant choices and grocery stores so we could have breakfast and snacks in our room. The room had a microwave, refrigerator and a kettle. We could walk to many sights.

Good choice for those looking for a reasonable place at a reasonable price Just to mention negative issues I recommend to change soap, place directions to use the safe higher than the floor level and the bed comforter

Clean and spacious

Excellent location for exploring Recoletta. Front reception day staff spoke perfect English (most helpful for our lack of Spanish) and was very generous with her time in answering various questions for us.
