Hotels, both buildings and facilities, are what we expected. However, when checking in we were given a room at another hotel located opposite the blue river. When delivering to the hotel opposite, the hotel clerk said that the hotel was the same, in fact, the name of the hotel and the room was clearly different from the one we booked. We complain because it doesn't match the photos listed. When urged to show the room that was supposed to be, the officer just said that their room was up. This is very unacceptable considering we had booked 2 months before, even arrived at the hotel before the check-in time to leave the backpack so we could walk first. The clerk can only promise the room will be available the next day. I see, this practice is very common in the area, because I see, the officers escorted some guests to another hotel.
