everything was fine...

Hotel is clean with coin laundry that I like. Enough space inside our room. Close to lot of local restaurants. MOST important is there is a assistant manager whose service is extremely outstanding!!!!he show us really detail way to go mount Aso with lots of patience, so attentive. Breakfast is good, delicious, lots of choices. Room is clean, lots of parking, quiet and safe area, overall very happy with my stay

An overnight stay to be near the airport. It was simple but pleasant.

We arrived after dark and left after breakfast. Just a short stay. Breakfast was included in room rate and was well appointed.

The staff was very kind and helpful! The rooms were also nice and cozy and breakfast was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay ☺️

Good location for what I wanted. Free breakfast, free coffee and drink bar with soft drinks, tea and coffee. Only minor thing I didn’t like was the pillows. I’m sure I could have asked for an extra, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but their pillow was a bit on the thin side for me.

the staff are great and will try to assist in any way they can. Even when Expedia booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room.

Great value for our stay during golden week! Free buffet style breakfast was offered, a great way to try out what locals eat in the mornings!

施設も、朝食も良く気にいっていますが、一点不満があります。洗面代が小さすぎます。顔や歯を磨く際に水がハネるため水量を少ししか出せません。もう少し大きくしてほしい

スタッフの方々が笑顔で親しみやすくて、温かかったです。ありがとうございます😊

周辺にコンビニが有れば良かった。 飲食店も少なかったのでもう少し有れば良かったと思う。

夫婦で利用したのですが、洗面所とユニットバスが別で良かったです。部屋も広く、テーブルも有り、晩飯は、2人で晩酌し、有意義に過ごす事ができました。駐車場も広く、とても良かったです。

離熊本機場很近，可惜沒有接駁車，計程車大約2500日圓。
