The room is quite nice, the bathroom is quite spacious, access to the Otaru Canal and other tourist areas is quite close, from the bus stop it is not too far (check maps). But there is an unusual hotel policy, this hotel applies eco cleaning services, so they only change towels, nightwear, collect trash, replace mineral water and amneties, but the bed is not made. For a 4-star hotel, this policy is quite unique. But still have a great time.

The hotel location is not to far from train station. However the room is quite small and not too easy to open the luggage if you bring more than 1 piece. The room is clean and neat.

The room is spacious and clean, very close to the entertainment places in Otaru. Only one minus point is that the staff here are not friendly and enthusiastic. The rest is all good, suitable for the price.
