Right on Lake Taupo! Beautiful Views, Clean and safe

Have stayed here previously and its always great. I was charged an additional $30 cleaning fee as it was ANZAC day. The room rate advertised should have included this surcharge.

A last minute booking during a very busy week in Taupo. Right on the lake front, a large spacious room. Super clean, comfy bed and good shower! Also a large comfy couch. Will stay again.

We were so please with our room, we were downstairs, no:10. Layout of the room is great, loved the spa bath!

We had a beach front room and it was lovely and clean. Had a good number of towels and was a very relaxing space. The spa in the room was great too, although you are asked not to use the jets in the spa after 10pm and you can't use it at all after 11pm, which doesn't suit when you come back from a dinner or function. The parking lot is not suited to larger vehicles and onstreet parking is very limited. There were no hidden costs or holds, so it was great to stay at a place that you only paid what was listed.

We arrived to a lovely warm room (thermally heated) which is good in winter. Well set up, comfortable bed and spa bath. View over the lake was what I wanted. We'll appointed. Stepped out of the property onto the lakeside walkway.

Room was very warm due to thermal heat under the foundations, perfect in mid winter a little too warm for late Sept. air con works well. Plumbing quite noisy from rooms close by.

Very happy with the service and the room, thank you. Very clean, modern decoration with everything you need. Great shower pressure too. Only slight negative was that we ordered a cooked breakfast and it arrived almost cold. Otherwise loved it thank you!!

Have stayed here in the past and is starting to b a bit shabby , plastic flowers , carpet starting to lift , have to get in spa to put plug in and step out onto carpet
