Excellence service our unit was cleaned to a high standard

While property a bit dated the owner was very friendly and helpful and all the important room features we value were provided - clean, comfy bed, good pressure shower, separate bedroom, clean functional kitchen area.

The room was a good size, and the location is close to Central Dunedin making getting around the inner city very easy

Clean tidy and conveniently situated. Good sized and reasonably equipped kitchen dining area. We liked the entrance hall as this made bedrooms more private.

The bed was wonderful - comfortable and beautifully made up. Everything else average.

Great property. Very clean. Great price for what is a small apartment rather than a motel room. If you are on the lower floor, expect to hear every footstep from above.

This is a nice affordable motel within walking distance to central Dunedin. Very clean & the owners are absolutely lovely. This motel is not over fancy but has everything you need.

Hosts were so kind and nice! Place was very clean and functional.

Stayed in October 2023. The room itself is good, they were repainting the building exterior so that was a little inconvenient but good they are doing real works. Rooms are very spacious like a decent apartment, all look recently re done, clean etc. The problem is the area itself is not especially nice, we had an instance of a vagrant looking type knocking on our door and asking for someone, informed the staff and it seemed like that wasn't the first time. The motel itself is fine, let down by being in a city that feels unsafe.
