Very nice & professional staffs

Vessel hotels are great and Fukuyama hotel was in a great position but unfortunately the bed was very hard

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast offered a wide selection of food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome customer service from the staff at all times!! My family and I were stopping by from Tomonoura to Hiroshima (flying to Tokyo) and decided to relax and rest. We found this hotel at the very last minute, The best decision!

Great spot! Right next to the train station, with lots of food options at the Sunset Terrace. Only minor downside is that the Internet is very slow.

Excellent location, a minute from the train station and across the road from the castle grounds. Incredible views of the castle from the room I was in. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, and excellent bedding and pillows.

The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the railway station and directly opposite Fukuyama Castle. Position, position! Service and amenities excellent. The breakfast served in "the lounge" was very good and from 2pm until 11pm free, self-serve hot and cold beverages, juice etc are availabe in the lounge. There is not a lot to do/see in Fukuyama, but if you find yourself in need of accommodation there, I highly recommend this hotel.

Some of the staff were a bit stiff, but the manager was very friendly. The room was clean. Very convenient to the station. The breakfast was good although became crowded, get there early to avoid crowds. The bed was a good size but too soft. A fairly good stay.

Budget hotel right by shinkansen station and also next to Fukuyama Castle. Great location for good price. Decent room, clean, but small, but perfect for those who are touring throughout southern japan during the day and just at the hotel to sleep.

Literally a 2 min from the train station, room was spacious and very comfy! The buffet breaky was delicious and the hotel amenities are very good. Not much to see/do besides going to the sea but all in all a very good stay.

We found the hotel very convenient to the Shinkansen station and the castle. It was very clean and very comfortable. We stayed two nights and really enjoyed our delicious breakfasts. Beautiful view of the castle from our windows. The staff is very friendly and understands some English.

New hotel with nice size rooms for Japan. Everything worked. the staff were efficient and polite and the price reasonable.

Excellent value for money. Of course it is not a 5 star hotel, but it has excellent service and great location.

窓からお城も見えるし、駅の入口のロケーション。部屋もキレイで快適。朝食は贅沢で言うことなしでした。

駅からも近く、出張者には非常に便利です。

駐車場が近くにあり500円で利用できます。 目の前に福山城があり絶景です。 14時から23時までウェルカムドリンクがあり、部屋に持ち帰り可能で助かります。

とても駅裏すぐでとても便利です。 館内もとても清潔で、スタッフの対応もとても丁寧で選んで良かったと思いました。 駐車場も近くにあり、安く車での移動もしやすいです。 朝食もとても美味しいくいただきました。 また是非泊まりたいです。
