Bathroom was quite dirty and shower didn’t have steady hot water, it alternated from hot/cold. Beds seemed clean.

Lovwly friendly cheery staff, Very comfy bed, Lovely clean room and bathroom.

Nice bar staff were plesent on booking in asked what time break fast is said they don’t do breakfast which is a waist of time staying there as needed breakfast as it was my sones wedding the next morning and next meal would of been 1500after the they were married . We need to go to Greg’s for bacon roles around the corner. The room decor requires a revamp carpets cleaned . Shower water pressure very low bed average comfort overall I would not stay again

Had 2 nights here, met the new owner in the car park on Friday evening, he was very friendly and stopped to chat again on Saturday evening. Food was great. Will definitely be staying again.

Handy for a great Shopping centre, plenty food outlets near by.

Everything is not bad, just the shower is poor.

Engineer stayed to ere and said he felt unsafe. Alot of long term residents. With drug issues Will not be recommending

The room smelt of stale smoke. When I reported it, the staff were dismissive and handed me a can of spray. The food in the adjoining restaurant was overpriced and a very ordinary standard.

My 4 day stay was very good .I would stay again.

Room was terrible. No soap or gel in bathroom. Door to bathroom was very hard to open and close. It looked like a new floor was put down but door was not adjuster to fit new floor. Will say towles were great big and fluffy.

There was no breakfast available on the property. That was a dislike. I had to go to z local baker for breakfast.

This wad a disappointing stay. The area and noise from the bar did not make the experience very enjoyable.

Avoid booking!!!! Failed to deliver what a standard bathroom of hotel should provide - poor condition with no toiletries, water cannot be gone in bathing area, your foot will just keep soaking in the dirty water. Didn't meet the criteria of what they list out. Tried to ask for staff's assistance but they just said nothing can help with. What a nightmare to stay in this 'hotel'.

It was a good place for the two nights

Hotel was nice for my stay. Its a bit outdated but overall nice quiet area. Didnt know that the reception area did not open until check in time at 2pm and it was disappointing after being delayed and not being able to checkin but let me tell you. Im so sorry i didn't get the receptionist/maids name but she saw us outside and opened up just to let us in. Thats called Great Customer Service. Plus she checked on us and made sure we settled in. Thank you to her.

A bit run down

This property is fine if you just need a one night stay near Edinburgh airport, but would not vacation there for a longer time.

Compact and uncomplicated. Good wifi.
