Good staff service, I arrived early and the hotel supported check-in 1 hour in advance. I went to Hanoi in the rainy season, the hotel lent me an umbrella so I could still enjoy Hanoi. The ceiling of the hotel room was quite low, it felt a bit stuffy. Luckily there was a window so it was a bit more airy. Suggest the hotel wash the small square pillows on the bed, or just leave them out :D
