Clean room. Was nice waking up to the star spangled banner playing across the street.

I didn't like anything from the hotel it was dirty, the personal and the lobby where so rude,

The place is DIRTY.. not worth $99 per night BEDSHEETS NOT CLEAN TOWELS ARE NOT CLEAN PLEASE DISINFECT THIS PLACE GOOD THING WE BROUGHT OUR OWN LYSOL SPRAY..PLEASE PRIORITIZE CUSTOMERS HEALTH TOO THE NAME AMERICAS BEST INN IS NOT MEANT FOR THIS PLACE

Very friendly even let me check in 2 hrs early very close to town.

Ecerythi was great only problem is no ts on t dated

Was very quiet and clean room. Interior could use a update and new paint.

It was clean and it looked nice. When we checked in we got an attitude from the employee like if he didn’t want to even be there.

The Owner to the Hotel was Very Rud

This location had bed bugs. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Room was spacious. Shower curtain didn't keep the water from flowing out of the shower

You get what you pay for here. No clocks, no coffee, no hot water

When we got there, there was no way to enter the lobby so had to wait for 15 minutes pressing a buzzer to be let in. The room is the most disappointing part. Haphazardly cleaned as well as some kind of residue on walls, sheets, furniture etc. It smelled stale and damp in the room as well. You can tell the bedding was not washed, so i had to lay on top of everything, there was even some blood under the comforter which did it for me. The conditions were poor but would have been comfortable if it was at least cleaned adequately. Also, some people actually live there full time and have a feeling are trading hotel services for their upkeep, which i am sure is a cause of these symptoms

The location is wonderful! there are so many neat things to do around Port Hueneme. Only about a mile from the beach, plenty of places to eat. The room was nice. nothing spectacular, but it was clean and good for the price. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

this is an older place that they have tried updating with paint and flooring. filthy filthy filthy. hair throughout the place, hair painted into bathroom ceiling. linnens were old and didn't look clean. woman at front desk was a bit rude. quite a few weird people hanging around the place going in and out of property all night and also hanging around early AM when i left. All the reviews i saw at first glance looked great but couldn't have been further from the truth.

It was close to the beach/pier at a great price. We didn’t enjoy the sky lights in the rooms though, too much light in the morning so it was hard to try to enjoy sleeping in on vacation.

The hotel has good location and fair price. Met my needs.

Sheets were not dirty, but nice "sterile" either and a hand towel had a stain on it, washing it would not get it out should have tossed it, but the room was clean and inviting. Man at front desk, I assume the owner was pleasant and helpful.
