Stay was very quiet and the view from room at night was superb.

the air condition in the room was not working, I ask for room change, they let me wait and wait ad even there was ability they never change my room. terrible sleep...

excellent stay

The hotel itself ok, beds are not comfortable so as pillows.. the area around is nasty. So there is a parking lot right next to the hotel and a lot of dogs live there. It’s quiet at day time but every night at 11pm they start barking like non stop. Absolutely non stop. And it’s so loud that while my stay 9 days I barely slept at night. They stop barking exactly at 5 am. So if you are ok with that then go for it.

The property is really clean and nice,but unfortunately its located around lots of car dealerships and mechanics shop, not a tourist area

Excellent staff and class experience

Hotel was great and so was the staff, the only down side is that the hotel was located around a bunch of auto body shops and nothing around the area abd requires you to take the metro to another area just to walk around.

Good value for money and good breakfast

This is my second time being here and I really appreciate the staffs kindness a specially mr Emre at the reception. Other than that roof top restaurant is amazing definitely worth trying spa is very relaxing overall it’s my number one go to spot on hole of Asia. And there is free membership that come with perks cos I really like the place I’ve become elite member cos not thinking about going anywhere else. I’m a very hard to satisfy type a guy and im very pleased with the service I’ve got very happy customer. Thank you Dedeman team.

The breakfast was amazing 10/10. Gym was good, swimming pool was good, service amazing! However, the room had some problems which were a bit annoying, e.g, shower head wasn’t powerful and also wasn’t screwed on properly had to screw on myself. Bathroom door didn’t fully close which caused wet floor, not end of the world but a bit inconvenient. The most annoying thing was that the steam room didn’t work. I specifically opt for 5* hotels as steam rooms are really good for my asthma and fitness however for my stay the steam room was not on which if I knew I would have stayed somewhere else. That part was really disappointing.

First few days were fine nothing that rave about. Then there was a horrid smell throughout the room as if the toilets had backflow. Was transferred to another room which then had no working A/C and no hot water to take a shower.
