Completely ignored by the hotel. I emailed and messaged via here and no reply.

Spacious room. Great breakfast with plenty to choose from. Good tram connection to town. Comfy mattress. Would stay again

Good prices and good hotel overall. Bus outside the hotel to the airport and back within ab.35 minutes. Tram 1 min walking that takes you directly to the town centre within a short time Also close to Magnolia great shopping centre. Always coming back to the hotel.

It's a modest little hotel to suit a modest budget. It's close to a major tram and bus line - so you can be in the Old City in minutes. The breakfast is AMAZING. The staff is wonderful and courteous - and, most importantly, multi-lingual

The wifi did not work in our room for the entire duration of our stay. We had brought the issue up to reception a total of 4 times, and were consistently met with attitude and notice that 'our top maintenance was working on it'. This was incredibly inconvenient as we were visiting from Canada and did not have cellular service. The room itself was old and unstylish, even lacking shampoo or conditioner. Ps: there was no safe, microwave, fridge, or coffee machine in the room. The only pro was that the breakfast was tasty, but honestly for anyone not looking for a hotel in this specific area, there are A LOT better places to stay and spend your money toward.

Always a great choice in Wroclaw. Real nice hotel with general good conditions, good breakfast, really professional and friendly receptionists . Great transportation connection to the city center / old town.

I have stayed at Boutique Hotel on two occasions. It's a very nice, well-maintained, clean hotel. Staff are very helpful and the reception is 24/7 so it's convenient if you are arriving late to Wroclaw. For example, there is a bus from the airport which stops almost beside the hotel. Bus number 129, Kwiska is the name of the stop for Boutique Hotel. There is number of trams and buses 30 seconds walk away from the hotel, which will bring you to any part of the city, but slightly off the road which makes it quiet. Importantly, the bus to and from the airport is close-by and the journey takes app. 30 minutes. Rooms are really spacious and comfy, there is a kettle, coffee and tea in the room. Big bathroom and great shower with good water pressure.

It has a bright sign on it so you can't miss it.. if your have the right hotel, there are 3 hotels of that chain in Wrocław so check the address

A hotel that served its purpose. It was handy for what I needed. Room was spacious, with a decent bathroom. Condition could do with some tidying up. The lack of air conditioning in such heat was so uncomfortable, and made sleeping difficult. There's a tram stop next to the hotel, along with the 129 airport bus stop. Also, it's about a 10 minute walk to a wonderful large shopping mall.

Modern property with good proportioned rooms and quality fixture and fittings. Excellent location for public transport links to the centre in 15 mins and airport in 35 mins. Regular bus and tram options only 2 min walk. Good inclusive breakfast choice, hot and cold. Only thing that stops top marks is the hot rooms in summer due to no air con.
