Staff very friendly.

Very convenient location, and good place to stay, its a little dated, but we had a good night sleep.

Great fridge. Good supply of tea coffee biscuits bottled water, somewhere to place suitcases etc. Toilet lid would not stay up. None of the bed lights worked

Decent room. Not large but had everything I needed. Staff were helpful when the tv stopped.

Property is run down and needs repairs and upgrading the wifi did not allow screen sharing as per instructions

The staff were quick to respond when we had a problem with the television. The room was tidy except for some cobwebs on the wall. The beds were clean and comfortable

Room was comfortable and spacious and conveniently located in centre of town but reception hours limited for check in / out. I received no text about how to access key (these instructions should come via email confirmation). I also tried calling reception on two occasions (once to find out how to get in after hours - 8pm btw - and once to try and extend my stay) but no one answered nor returned my calls. Expensive for what it is.

This motel was the worse property I have ever stayed at.

The room was a little small but still comfortable. The bathroom and shower was good. It got a little noisy at times though with it being next to a shopping centre car park that’s going to happen. Probably the smell was a bit of putting but it goes away.

Tired and shabby. Holes in carpet, strange furniture around beds, dirty chairs.

This hotel is sheltering homeless people and they are not violent to other guests but they are loud, abusive to each other and always smoking or vaping outside of their rooms. I felt unsafe and very uncomfortable. My room had a cockroach nest somewhere in it so they were running around all the time.

This place has homeless indigenous people which I don’t have an issue with but when you get kept up to 1 am in the morning with them smoking and carrying on it it’s a bit ordinary. I won’t be staying at this motel ever again. Took 3 warnings from manager to settle the homeless guests down.

There was a designated smoking area, but sum people just smoked in front of their hotel room, fortunately the hotel allowed me to relocate rooms away from the smokers, i was very grateful for that service

A few very noisy guests spoiled the stay.
