Wonderful hotel and resort

Everything about this property was amazing! It is very nicely located close to nice and clean beaches and the wonderful little town of Vrsar. The hotel restaurant is exceptional! The variety of food especially fish and salads was oustanding. The best thing was the hotel staff that is always so kind, polite and smiling. They go out of their way to accommodate all wishes and make your stay very enjoyable. We had a terrific stay at Belvedere and would gladly recommend to everyone! Keep up the great work!

Great place for our family

With the exception of their check in procedure, everything else was superb. The room was clean and very conveniently located to the pool and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Great resort in a convenient location

Our apartment was with an amazing view over the water looking out to the islands and the docks. No complaints but very hilly ground but there was some escalators that was a great touch. No dishwasher or kettle in the room but I’m picking at straws here. We never used the pool because the sea water was crystal clear. Food was great from all the restaurants and reasonably priced would love to go back.

Bedroom and living kitchen area and balcony with sofa bed. Perfect for three people. Much better value than rovinj. Perfect if you travel by car.

We had an apartment with a 5-star view from the balcony of the Adriatic. The apartment was generally comfortable, although the couch was extremely uncomfortable and the chairs on the balcony were adequate, at best. The service at this hotel was poor. We had a mixup re whether breakfast was included (it wasn't), which was ultimately resolved, but with a ridiculous amount of time wasted waiting for the staff to figure it out, and to remove the charge for breakfast which was on the bill when we went to check out. We asked for extra pillows and a corkscrew, which were never delivered (we were there two nights). And my wife used the ladies' room by the front desk when we were checking out, and it was filthy. We would not stay at this place again.

Location was far a way and not easy to find with the Sat Nav.

Grundsätzlich gute Lage mit Meerblick und kurzem Weg zum Ort Vrsar. Ausstattung Zimmer auch gut. Parken oftmals schwierig, da beengt und zu wenig Möglichkeiten >>> ABER: - SPEISESAAL (zu viele Tische, extrem beengt, enormer Geräuschpegel, keine hochwertige Ausstattung) - TERRASSE (wenig Schattenmöglichkeiten, beengt) - VERPFLEGUNG (Auswahl nicht so groß, aber gut) - POOL (Liegen alle morgens reserviert, total eng und größtenteils Betonfläche) - STRAND (Liegen nicht vom Hotel, 2 Liegen plus Schirm 34 EUR) - REINIGUNG (Bettwäsche + Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt, ansonsten sehr oberflächlich gesäubert, unterm Bett lag sehr viel Staub, Klimaanlage eingestaubt) - REZEPTION (anfangs nett/ höflich, bei Problemen - gerade die Chefin - nicht lösungsorientiert) - PUBLIKUM (sehr gemischt… von ordentlichen Leuten bis hin zu Leuten im Badeshort/ Achselshirt beim Abendessen. So noch nie erlebt im 4 * Hotel) SPINNENLÄUFER in der Nacht an den Wänden, daher frühzeitige Abreise von 2 Tagen! FAZIT: Für uns keine 4 Sterne wert… Wir würden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen !!!

Tutto perfetto

Es ist eine wunderschöne Anlage in der einfach alles passt. Sauber, freundlich, hervorragendes Essen, herrliche Umgebung. Gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft, praktische Lage, freundliches Personal und großzügige Zimmer. Das Frühstuck ist vielseitig und lecker. Einziger Kritikpunkte: Die Akustik im Speisesaal ist extrem schlecht. Die Montage von Akustikpanele an der Decke und den Säulen wäre dringend nötig.

Tolle Lage, Pool und Essen. Leider stimmen alle Kritikpunkte die ich gelesen habe . Katastrophale Parksituation (viel zu eng) im Apartment kein Wasserkocher Geschirrspüler. Wenig funktionierende Rolltreppen. Für ältere Personen oder gehbeeinträchtigte Personen kaum geeignet (Terrassenbau der Anlage) Preise am Pool okay. Die Anti alkoholische Getränke jedoch deutlich überteuert (vor allem für Kinder, kleines Bier war sogar billiger) leider keine Getränke am Abend inkludiertwie zum Beispiel im Maistra Petalon. Der Saal beim Abendessen auch sehr laut aufgrund der Fliesenboden und der nicht zu öffnenden Fenster

Parken ist ein Kampf, dort sind zu wenige vorhanden!, Klimanlage sehr laut und zuwenig Einstellmöglichkeiten! Kühlschrank viel zu klein und ohne Eisfach!

Einigemale schon dort gewesen immer zufrieden.
