Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. Finally checked in to a suitable room 2 hours after arriving. Wasted most of my free time there as my stay was for one day only.

For a hotel that’s quiet new it was badly maintained food was ok but not labeld so you had no idea what it was not good regarding any food Allergies NO entertainment no orange juice run out of butter NO mini bar I didn’t sleep all holiday room 323 ovoid at all costs all you can hear all night is the aircon generator asked to be moved had no other rooms available then a room came up they didn’t even clean it before showing it to us I would not recommend this hotel

I’m happy about my stay in Dragut Point North. Due to corona the facilities (restaurant, pool bar/animation and check in) were at Dragut Point South, which wasn’t too bad because it was only 1 minute away from DP North. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The spa is amazing, the massages are very nice. The food could be better though. There was no self service due to corona (which I completely understand) but the choice was rather small and not enough fish/vegetarian options. There are some lovely dogs wandering around the hotel. Please ask guests (put paper signs out) not to feed them as it’s not healthy for them. I would highly recommend giving them proper dog food and water as somé of them were drinking from the pool. Overall I would really recommend this hotel if you are looking for a decent budget option. Also, the music by the pool was great. Guests were allowed to choose what music was playing so it was to everyones taste.

Very nice and welcoming reception staff. The room was a bit cramped and the shower was tiny. The pool was clean and the water was warm. The pool and restaurant area needs to be cleaned more often. The breakfast chef was very rude to us before we arrived 10 minutes early and she screamed at us which I found unacceptable. The staff was talking in the outside corridor between buildings after midnight and I had to tell them to shut up which they only did for 5 minutes. The food was excellent and so was the location.

The menu is so repetitive. Chicken ,chicken,chicken. Of 10 dishes 4 were chicken based most days. The whole hotel smelt like one big ashtray. Meal times were a joy to watch,but not take part in . Basically as soon as it was time for the meals to start it was scrum time. I was actually embarrassed to be part of it. Too many sun beds round the pool. Too many guests using the facilities. Soft drinks kept running out. Only good point was a couple of the waiters were keen to learn English and very amiable.Ended up using pool at hotel next door and eating out most evenings.Music round the pool was both ridiculously loud and also sometimes offensive!

Lovely hotel very friendly and hard working staff, room a little on the small side which didn't help because there were no balconies so you could sit and take in the beautiful views.

The facilities at this hotel are exactly what you would expect, but the food was a little lacking in terms of quality and selection. Staff were polite and helpful and it is in a nice spot, directly on the beach and not too noisy. A pleasant 10 minute walk into Turgetries town where there is more than enough choice of restaurants, bars, etc. if you need a break from the hotel.

Genel anlamda iyiydi diyebilirim. Yeri çok güzel.. Deniz kenarındaki masalarda yemek yenmesine izin verilmiyor. Yemek daha iç taraflarda yeniyor. Bu durum hoşuma gitmedi. Odalar güzel ve bakımlı idi. Personel iş bitirici diyebilirim.Biz memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ediyoruz

klimalar çalışmıyor, açık büfedeki yemeklerde sinek geziyor.

Personel yardımcı oluyor ama temizlik çok kötü

Drei Sterne und Allinclusive in Bodrum funktioniert nicht. Ein grauenhafter Laden. Schimmel im Zimmer mit Wandfarbe übermalt, Toiletten werden nicht geputzt. Schmutzige Bettwäsche. Wir hatten einen Dreibettzimmer gebucht gehabt angeblich 37qm wir haben einen 2 Bettzimmer 15qm bekommen. Lieber kein Urlaub als in so einem Dreck zu übernachten.

Genel olarak beklentisi yüksek insanların konaklamak isteyecekleri bir otel değil bence.tüm misafirler bu konuda hemfikirdik.otelde konaklayanlar hep ilk kez gelmiş insanlardı.tekrar konaklamayacaklarını ve asla referans olmayacaklarını bizzat dile getirdiler,ben dahil.deneyimsiz personel ve sınırlı ekipmanlarla ayakta kalmaya çalışan bir otel.denize sıfır fakat 1 hafta boyunca havuzdan istifade edebildim.denizi kirli ve dalgalı.hijyen ve servis de aksaklıklar çok fazla.umarım faydalı bir yorum olmuştur.

Genel olarak güzel bir otel çoçuk olmaması harika ama yemekler konusunda çok çok vasat peynir zeytin bile yiyemediğimiz oldu personel yardımcı oluyor ayrıca otelde kabin olmaması çok saçma manzara yer genel olarak güzeldi eğer tam kadro ve güzel bir ekip olursa 3 yıldız haketmeyen bi otel

Essen standard, Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Spa-Bereich ausgezeichnet.

Çalışanlar yardımsever evet otel 10 numara değil belki ama bir sorunuda yok bu fiyata kalınır gecelik 400 kişi başı zaten dışarda yesek içsek her türlü kat kat fazlasını veririz o yüzden deyiyor

Bu yaşıma kadar gördüğüm en dandik işletme akşam yemeği 19:30 21:3030 arası ama 20:30 yemek bitiyor ve kendilerini savunma şekli müşterilerin çok yemek koymasıymış istersek başka bi otele götürüp orda yiyebileceğinizi söylemek gibi rahatlar erken gitsenizde birşey değişmediğin ögle yemeğinde anlarsınız çok vasat yemek 3 gece konaklamada 2 gün terkettim tahamül sınırlarınızı zorlayan bi otel

Yemekler konusunda çeşit artırılabilir. Barda ki ürünler yeterli fakat bardak sıkıntısı bu devirde olmaması lazım ama orada var. Genel anlamda iyiydi 3 yıldızlı otel olarak düşünmek ve yorumlamak lazım. 3 yıldızlı otelden 5 yıldızlı otel konforu ve çeşidi beklemek yanlış olur. Fakat biraz daha iyileştirilebilir.

Vasat bir otel. Odalar ve özellikle banyo aşırı küçük. Yemekler lezzetsiz. Bazı çalışanlar sorumsuz.

Gerçekten yurtiçi yurtdışı kaldığım en kötü 4 yıldızlı oteldi. Havlularından tutun yemeklerine, sulu birasına kadar herşey kötüydü. Türkiye de Yıldız almak kolay ama sürdürebilmek zor bence

Gayet güzel bir otel denize sıfır ayrica mükemmel bir havuza sahip calisanlar ilgili ve guleryuzlu wifi otel geneli de gayet iyi cekiyor yemek çeşitliliği biraz az ama lezzetli
