I booked a Quadruple Suite City View room, but when I arrived to check in, the staff said the door was locked and I had to change to another similar room at another hotel (Beryl Signature Hotel and Travel). But the room I changed was smaller, had no sofa, no windows, and was on the ground floor, stuck inside. Drinking water and towels were only prepared for 2 guests while I was traveling with 4 people, so I had to ask the hotel for more. The travel distance is about 250m, carrying a backpack on foot without the help of the staff while my parents are older, and having to change the address for the tour company is very troublesome.

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Phòng sạch sẽ thơm mát. Thật sự lần đầu tiên đến Hà Nội lại chọn được ngay khách sạn tốt như vậy. Từ cô dọn phòng cho đến bạn bảo vệ đều rất thân thiện. Nếu có cơ hội sẽ quay lại chọn khách sạn để lưu trú ☺️

M đặt phòng gia đình 4 người lớn 1 trẻ em có cửa sổ ở ok, sạch sẽ, lễ tân, hỗ trợ hành lý rất dễ thương.

Khách sạn vị trí trung tâm đông vui. Gần nhiều TT mua sắm và nhân viên vui vẻ!
