Great hotel and location! Highly recommend it!

Very close to Cathedral bus stop. Great location. Really great hotel. Would absolutely stay here if visiting Nantes again.

Well located, very easy to walk around. The rooms were clean and small. I also liked the breakfast. The staff were friendly as well.

Service was good. We did not appreciate the "integrated" bathroom: glass doors don't provide much privacy, and the strange layout requires one to step on the shower floor to use the facilities. Whoever designed this space did not have to use it. Pictures of the room were taken in a way that does not reveal this.

A great stay in a convenient location & helpful staff to make the stay a good one.

Great Hotel in the middle of town 100 M from the Chateau. Ensure you book parking as it is limited. The staff were very professional and courteous making our stay a pleasure.

We were travelling in Northern France for two weeks prior to arriving in Nantes and then carrying on to Portugal for a couple of weeks. We choose this hotel based on two factors - the website says that they have a guest laundry and guest parking. They do not have a guest laundry which was very disappointing, and they had no idea of anything close buy. As we were flying out the next day, we had to find a laundromat. They do have guest parking. You have to book in advance and you have to call them, not email. There were only about a dozen places and the two at the very end were brutal to try and park in. The room is a bit odd in that you have to walk through the shower to get to the sink and toilet. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. It was ok, but there have to be better choices

We were supposed to stay here overnight and had chosen the hotel because of it's location with secure parking. We were unable to get to the hotel because of city roadworks. However, knowing full well that we needed to access their parking the hotel didn't inform us that we were unable to reach them until 90mins prior to our scheduled arrival. This meant we had to find alternative accommodation en route to Nantes. I'm sure the hotel would have been lovely had we been able to make our booking. The hotel were extremely unhelpful (polite but unhelpful - a sort of who cares attitude) and refused to refund the booking. Hotels.com were as helpful as they could possibly be in this situation. OKKO - avoid.

Staying at Okko Nantes was excellent. The hotel reception staff were fantastic in their professionalism and willingness to help with queries. The hotel, rooms and bedding were very clean and tidy. The aperitifs served in the Club lounge were delicious and presented in an appetizing way, along with a lovely breakfast which had many options. Would highly recommend.

A good location within walking distance of most places of interest and the station.

Great hotel loved the chill out area and drinks snacks ect provided few of charge was a nice touch. Only thing was first day no room service nothing topped up made ect and felt like it was a burden to them cleaning the room nothing seemed to get topped up and ran out of toilet paper and shower wash.
