Clean spaces and a nice bathroom. Having a fully-equipped mini-kitchen was a plus. The only problem we found was waiting for more food to be served in the mornings for breakfast

Family trip to DC for Independence day celebration and this hotel was a perfect fit.. just outside the vicinity of the WH with a view of the US Capitol and monument. Also the roof top offered a clear view of fireworks which was great!!

It was good! But many stuff in the room were not working like coffee maker or toaster. They have free breakfast that time which was cool although the food was bot enough and you have to wake up early and maybe they were not prepared for that.overall it was good.

Gotta say its the best hotel I've stayed at so far! Shout out to Keisha at the front desk. She was very helpful and was very friendly! The room was new and very clean, 9th floor. And big plus is the convenience store right next door.

Not a terrible experience but certainly could have been better. Found out after booking that the property only recently became a Hyatt. Major renovations ongoing. Our room, luckily, had been renovated. It was clean but not quite as advertised. Pullout sofa was the width of a loveseat, and that’s being generous. It was not separated from the bed as shown in pics. Definitely not suitable for two adults. Website stated complimentary breakfast yet (after scraping together a plate from mostly empty breakfast hot plates) we found out the “buffet” was $20/person. Most items were empty or close, no OJ, a line of people waiting for eggs, etc. This was my biggest complaint, felt deceived and paid $40 for a bagel and some scrambled eggs. Valet was also painful. The one employee on duty sat in a vehicle while we, and another party, stood at the valet stand with our luggage for over 20 minutes. We had to return to the front desk and have them seek him out to assist us. The front desk employee, who was very friendly and helpful, was clearly frustrated. Location is great, the room was new and clean, but service wasn’t up to par.

We decided to stay here for our week long vacation. (2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 5). Two queen beds and a sleeper sofa was plenty of room. Having a tv in both areas worked great with our kiddos. We didn't stay in the hotel much as we were all over DC, but it was great for sleeping and recharging between sights! It is about a 7 min walk to the Metro station (Mt Vernon) nd we used that to get around for the most part. Parking under the hotel was easy and 30 bucks a day (public garage). You have to pay each time you leave with your vehcile though, so try to use metro! Keisha worked the front desk most of our stay in the evenings and was such an awesome friendly face each evening. She interacted with my 5yo asking him where he went all day and what he saw! Such an awesome person! We would stay here again just to see her! Only cons is that they are remodeling so there are some unsightly parts of the hotel as they make it better, but it definitely doesn't take away from the stay, and for the low price its perfect. The AC units in the room get it nice and cool, tgey are a little noisy... and they said they will be looking to upgrade those soon. But we fell asleep with no problem each night. My wife uses a white noise machine anyhow. Overall 8/10 stay and deserves a higher score once they are complete! We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures of the room with two queen beds and den are misleading. The pull out sofa was a single not a double and the room service was funny. They would always come and ask to clean the room 5 minutes after we came back for the day at 4:30 so we declined. It’s is a good location but the price is an example of not getting what you pay for.

A little tricky getting our patking and our luggage to the rooms, but very crisp clean rooms with a little kitchen. But it wasxa great space for our 2 nights.

I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm and waited for almost 30 minutes because the door keys didn't work. The front desk opened the door for me and only the next day did I get the key to my room (I had to test the keys almost 10 times to see if they were working).

The hotel room was nice but the parking and deposit was very expensive and I feel they should have that information listed.

They gave away our wheelchair friendly room just because. Had to fight for accommodations because we actually need them.
