The hotel is clean, located in the city center, very convenient, the double bed is a bit small, breakfast is small but delicious.

ban đầu mình nhận phòng 501 nhưng điều hòa không mát nên đổi phòng, mấy anh lễ tân rất nhiệt tình. phòng sạch sẽ y hình. book phòng ngày lễ tết nhưng giá cả không quá mắc, nhân viên nghỉ tết nên khách sạn cũng không thể cung cấp dịch vụ ăn uống. mừng cái khách sạn có chỗ để xe máy.

Clean room with full amenities, convenient location

The staff is enthusiastic, friendly, the room is fully equipped, the location is convenient, there is a comfortable parking space for motorbikes.

The hotel is very comfortable, the central location is extremely convenient, I was very comfortable staying at the hotel.

Clean rooms, delicious food, good service in the middle of the city. Convenient.

Breakfast was not Muslim friendly, as Islam prohibit forbid food. But the city is Muslim friendly as Muslim Restaurants Spotless along the tourist belt. Thank you for asking.

We book for room with 2 beds, but hotel staff claims that it's not clearly mentioned in the booking detail. Except this, everything is ok.

Center hotel, clean! Near Ben Thanh Market and the sights! Delicious breakfast buffet - unfortunately only slightly smaller room (Sympathetic because center Q1)

This is my first time visit Ho Chi Minh. Did my survey on website on few hotels surrounding District 1/Ben Thanh market . I chose GK as I saw few good reviews about it. Well, as for my experience here , I requested high floor , quiet rooms, non smoking and good cold Aircond. Upon check in (arrived 530pm) they passed me the keys to level 2 , 207.. the corner room facing staircase . Well, my 3 nights stay there is OK, just that Aircond is not working well. It is cool when you just started using it. After few hours , means while you were sound asleep somewhere 3-4am, Aircond turns warm... I did complain and they came and check seems like nothing wrong to their system.. anyway, we restart the Aircond , take out room key from the key slot , off everything. And slot in again switch on Aircond and wait for it to start cooling again .. this will take another 30minutes to get cooling ... this is the only Disadvantages.... Breakfast ok Wifi ok Distance to Ben Thanh mkt is perfect .. We walked to Notre Dame, Central Post office , Hard Rock Cafe & independence palace within 15 minutes .

The hotel is in great location, with nice staff and clean rooms available.
