Lovely hotel with big pool and private beach.

Everything is great about this property. Taxi/uber is the only option to get away. Its 30 - 40 minutes ride to the main attractions.

Our tenth stat here and as always it was excellent. Many thanks to Shivani in Messerie for looking after us again.

From start to finish can not fault the property. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The pool and beach so clean. The rooms were comfortable. The staff very attentive. Perfect holiday and look forward to returning.

Excellent place

Moderate and for the price disapointing. Nice building. Food very aversge. Service too. Very rules driven. They apologise a lot but its very fake. More explaining their rules than anything else. I wont stay again.

We have stayed here maybe 10 times now and it is always excellent. There is a building site next door but to be honest it doesn't really affect the hotel. It is lovely how Shivani in Messerie Restaurant always remembers us and make us feel very welcome. The staff who work at the front area remember us as well which is nice. Halid on the beach even remembers where we like to sit and puts our towels out nice and early, we can't ask for any more than all of this.

Excellent few days with the family…. We were well looked after for the 5 days we stayed. Great customer service.

Construction on neighboring propertie , bad smell in shower , poor quality spa needs upgrades , lots a wear and tear ! When purchasing breakfast and dinner packages not all food is included and even water for diners is sold separately ((( unique experience! Breakfast is great and stuff is good ! Food at dinner time is ok , nothing special. Stake is terrible! Beach is poor, is sand missing !

Very elegant hotel

Lovely people. ojo the waiter by the pool was always at our beck and call.

Second time staying here. Staff are fabulous. Never notified that they are constructing next door. Let down by not getting notified our booking at Palm Avenue was cancelled because of a New Year Ball. They also closed the family pool area down for this. The noise from music testing was off putting on the beach. I guess money being made from outside guests was more important than those resident. I wouldn’t mind normally but you pay a lot of money to stay here.

Very nice quiet hotel. If you just looking to relax this is the place.
