We stayed for 5 days while in Korea. We went with my family and brought 3 fairly spacious suitcases. The room cleaning service was also very good. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, and there is a GS store next to it. However, when I arrived for early check-in, the first person at the reception said no, but then after 1 o'clock the receptionist changed. We requested early check-in and paid 22,000 won. It didn't matter to me that I paid the fee, as long as we could check in early, because we were tired and wanted to rest early. Secondly, because it was winter, the toilet washer jet uses electricity and the water is hot, so we often felt a little electrocuted when using the toilet. In the last few days, we unplugged the plug to avoid getting electrocuted. Otherwise, everything was fine and comfortable, and the room was warm and had a heater. Thank you, I want to return to that hotel again.

Hotel sangat nyaman, dekat dengan subway station, ada pemberhetian bus dari dan ke Bandara incheon sangat cocok buat yang baru pertama kali ke seoul jadi gak perlu repot. Di sekitar hotel juga banyak tempat makan dan minimarket. Pokoknya direkomendasikan deh. Pegawai hotel juga ramah dan good engslis.

The hotel room was clean. The housekeeping was not excellent, providing adequate water and toiletries daily. The location was quite good, about 200-300 m away from 2 subway stations.

The hotel is clean and comfortable although not too big, the location is strategic near Dongdaemun & Culture Park, to get to the MRT it is worth having to walk about 10 minutes. Check time should be above 2 o'clock, but because we arrived at 11:00 the hotel allowed us to be able to directly enter the room. The drawback is that we stayed in the basement during the winter and the air conditioner didn't work so the room was a bit stuffy, the hotel only provided a solution by preparing a fan.
