Good location. Rooms were good size, just needed a bit of improvements with the cleanliness of the room

Have stayed here a number of times. Room this time not as good (road noise) as last but still OK.

The unit was smelly and very dusty. Oven was dirty and we where not able to use it. Kettle and toaster discusting. Will definitely not stay there again and don't recommend it.

We were staying for a local football competition so it was ideally located for our stay, spacious, had everything we needed for a long stay. Only criticism was the shower doors leaked water on the floor a lot.

Property was terrific on all accounts. If I need to stay in the area again, definitely booking here.

I value my privacy which is the main reason I choose to stay in apartments rather than in hotels or with family and friends. I was not impressed by having a group of strangers uninvited walk into my apartment at 8:45 am, without knocking, and without any valid cause - I was just getting out of the shower when I heard them in the corridor and had a few seconds to wrap a towel around my waist. On another point of security, there should be a safe provided in the rooms for laptops, cameras and passports etc.

River frontage was nice. Views (3rd floor)

Great location with beautiful views of the river. Walking distance to a varied selection of restaurants, cafes and takeaway as well as the supermarket, plus The Lagoon for a swim, the library and art gallery and plenty of parkland. Apartment was clean, spacious and kitchen functional.

The property was very clean and the room was a good size. We were right on the end next to the road so it was very noisy, hence 4 stars.

Location river views

Efficient apartment close to everything we were interested in. Nice to have a washer & dryer but instructions on how to work them would have been appreciated. Had to learn by trial and error. Appreciated the on-site parking but next time we will rent a smaller vehicle. Our large car was a tight fit. Also appreciated the extensive walking paths near the facility. We took long walks every day.

Beautiful view from balcony and friendly staff.

The outlook over the river was very pleasant and relaxing. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Having secure parking was a big plus.

The unit had a not so nice smell, washing machine was not working and exhaust fan in laundry was not working either.

Lovely outlook over the Ross River. Near main road with some traffic noise. Security is good. Rooms only serviced once per week so you need to ask at reception for additional servicing at no additional cost.

Easy access to the lagoons for the kids. Roomy apartment and clean and neat and tidy. Great value for money, really cheap price for the quality of the property.

Had a wonderful stay. 4 nights. Close to everything we wanted. Some reviews mentioned road noises. I only heard a emergency vehicle go pass on 2 nights, but in Kitchen. Couldn't hear any noise in main bedroom.
