Stayed here for three nights while receiving dental work nearby. Every single staff member I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. They even didn’t get frustrated with my terrible Spanish. Rooms were spotless and hotel is very quiet and relaxing. The gym is located on the rooftop and looked to be under renovation. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

I had a pleasant stay at the NH Collection Hotel. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and offers great value for the price. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. However, the road in front of the hotel is currently undergoing improvements, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance, so it may not be ideal for those looking to be in the center of everything. That said, it’s a great option for a business trip, and I would recommend it for travelers who prioritize comfort and service.

Didnt like that construction was happening on roads outside the hotel and I wasnt told before hand.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights with my family. During the check-in process and in the Expedia conditions, they never mentioned the fee for visitors. On the third day, some family members came to visit us in our three rooms. That night, the front desk called to inform us that if our visitors stayed after 10 PM, we would be charged $30 the next day. The following day, I tried to contact the manager, but he could not explain why this fee wasn't mentioned during the check-in or reservation process. Instead, he talked about his background and dominated the conversation for 20 minutes without addressing any of my concerns. I also mentioned that a rude staff member had called us in an unprofessional manner just two days prior. We had given him a cellphone that we found at the reception area, but he pocketed it instead of returning it immediately. When the owner of the cellphone came back looking for it, he never mentioned that he had it until we alerted her. I am extremely disappointed with the staff at this hotel and the manager—not only for the unexpected fee but also for the unprofessional treatment of guests. This is not a five-star hotel, as their facilities are mediocre and do not offer any conveniences for hosting visitors.

Unfortunately, staying here was not by first choice. First hotel overbooked another hotel across the street Cosmos 100 which the staff there was very apologetic there. Going to NH the man at the reception desk said they didn’t have our reservation that was already paid for then he mysteriously found it but our room was already given so we were forced to take downgrade as it was very late. Most of the staff was not very friendly except the lady working overnight as the lady in the evening was very rude when I was speaking to another gentleman. The room was half the size of the room booked, stains on the carpet and walls. Cracked glass on the nightstand. Thermostat didn’t work as it was always very cold and the rude reception lady in the evening said they control it not the guest.

Excellent place to walk to a closeby wework, safe place. Quiet, great staff. 10/10 will come back for business.
