The room smelled like it just got newly painted. the room is not clean, we could not sleep because we were beaten by small bugs under the comforter/blanket. we reported to the front desk, then they changed the bed and pillow covers and conforter/blanket. after that we could sleep peacefully. 2. the breakfast menu is very standard, does not deserve 4 stars hotel. 3. they only have one elevator which is very small and dirty, which again does not deserve 4 stars hotel. 4. the hallway is also not clean, 5. this hotel is more like 2 stars hotel rather than 4 stars and the price/rate is very expensive consider to what I got. 6. this makes me worry to book hotel local brand online in the future since I don't recoqnize the quality of the hotel brand.
