Upon check in the lady was very friendly. Our room was very very hot. Miserable to try to sleep. The baby needed some milk and the guy at the bar gave us a dirty glass with milk in it. It was stuck on the inside of the glass so the baby had no milk. Upon check out a different lady assisted us. She asked how our stay was yet did not seem to care at all. Not even apologizing about the room being so unbearably hot and argued with us that the dirty spots all in the milk was part of the glass. Which it was not. There are plenty of other nice hotels around so I would not recommend this one. We were traveling with the baby and apparently there are only certain times you can access the spa areas with little ones. We came in too late and missed the short window of time then the next morning had to get up and leave before the next short window where we could have even gone so they do make it hard to even get to utilize the spa and you don’t realize this when booking.

Great hotel with fantastic food and service.

Nice modern hotel in a surprising rural setting. Bedroom and bathroom both spacious and nicely furnished (with bath and separate shower). Good restaurant and extensive breakfast selection (gravadlax and cheese board were highlights). Great to have use of the swimming pool.

Pool/wellness area is very good. Soundproofing of rooms is sub standard.

Is the third time we stay in that hotel. Everything is perfect. Breakfast buffet was managed to avoid any possible contamination while keeping a large choice. Rooms cleaned every day.Reception and fast gentle no issues. Dont forget the possibilities in the area walkin, kayak and more. Visit Durbuy at walking distance.

Modern style hotel that seems geared towards groups or events. We booked primarily due to a spa section. However this was partially out of order and small things like towels in the pool area was not provided. Overall it felt rather lacking in terms of service and standard.

Good place to stay without a car as not far from station and good walks from hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. They moved us without a problem when noisy building work started nearby. Food ok but a bit overpriced. Book in town as gets busy.

Nice hotel near the adventure capital of Belgium, Durbuy! Spacious rooms and fun pool and spa area. The neighbourhood is full of adventures in nature. Enjoy your stay!

Upscale 4 stars hotel. Very clean, rooms are big with aircon, fridge, dryer., safe. Staff is friendly and polite . Hotel itself is in a beautiful area, surrounded by green but close to town. Lots of activities around. Swimming pool and, jacuzzi and sauna included. The hotel would appeal to any category, couples or families with children. Food is excellent. Price is fair and you get a lot for the money. Perfect holiday.

This is a cool hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent food in a beautiful setting, but with an uneven level of service which detracted from the overall experience.
