Staff is really helpful. Spotless. The villas are INCREDIBLE!! Totally worth every won!

I would gladly stay here again! The room was clean and very spacious. One of the biggest pluses is the free laundry that's available. Another big plus are the staff, we were greeted very warmly during our check-in. The staff helped us with our bags and brought them to our room before we even finished checking in.

At one point, several years ago, this was likely a high-end hotel. However, it's dated interior shows (i.e. spa/hot tubs with faded/peeled plastic, acid etched water line private pools, scuffed and uneven wood flooring, limited dining services, broken lamps and dated furniture in the lobby, etc.) and is something I couldn't glean from the photos. Despite this, the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional; they are what makes this hotel shine. I would give this property a 7.9/10.

Run down and dirty. Management is inadequate. Not for everyone.

This hotel is supposed to be 5 star hotel. But the condition of the suite we stayed did not feel like it was. The stairs going down to the main living area including two of the bedrooms are dangerous, no railings, and inconvenient to drag luggage up and down the stairs. The bathroom door was facing the bed, there was mold smell coming from the bathroom so we had to close the door when we were sleeping, the door makes loud noise. The second bedroom light didn’t work, asked front desk, and they said they purposely keep it off?? No reason given. My husband did not feel good so I asked if there is any delivery food available and the front desk said not sure, let them know if I find anything?? The staff who drive the property drives very aggressively, many times I have seen… I have told there won’t be any notice problems but the last day we stayed, there was a kid jumping all over the place. The location is far from stores, restaurants and any public transportation. The options of the restaurants are very limited. The way to drive to the hotel is very dark so need to be really careful especially at night. We would not stay here next time, for the price we paid, I think we could have had a lot better service from the staff and a better condition place.

The manager was amazing and gave us our upgrade and bonus to use in the restaurant. I had a young family above me jumping and screaming but other than that a lovely stay.

The general director and staff were incredible. Very professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and were taken care of during the storm. We would stay there again if we come back to JEJU Island.

Friendly staff with convenient room service.

Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. 9/10 - have already recommended the resort to our friends.

This is a great area to stay on Jeju. The photos of the property look like they were taking when the property was new. The property and surrounding landscaping, however, needs some tender, loving care. Most of the landscaping, which looks like it was designed quite nicely, had a lot of overgrowth and a lot of plants and shrubs need to be cut back, and weeding done. Interior of our villa was in pretty good shape, but some areas needed some repair (tile in bathrooms, some rust on door frame, etc.). The property condition just feels a little bit worn. The glass windows needed to be cleaned, and the bedrooms are small and not a lot of space for our suitcases. The downstairs was quite spacious. The modern living room furniture was not comfortable. Staff was great!! They even went out of their way to pick up some local fried chicken, that would not deliver to the hotel for us.

The Villas are beautiful and Narnia restaurant had amazing Korean and American breakfasts. The staff was great. Another pro is the facility has free washers and dryers. The area is pretty isolated and restaurants within walking distance are limited. Would highly recommend you have a rental car if u stay here.

Stayed 2 nights at a bay suite in the main building. Welcome drink was freshly squeezed Jeju orange juice, full of pulp and refreshing. View overlooks the front of the hotel and towards the water. Master bedroom is on the main floor and 2nd floor is a studio-style room. There's a nice healthy dose of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. Request pool to be heated for day 1 (surcharge) and not for day 2. Water in non-heated pool on day 2 was fine for the kids (with 60 deg air temperature). If no kids, you probably won't use and don't need a room with a pool. Jacuzzi was strong and relaxing (no hot water charge for this). Breakfast at Narnia was tasty (offered 50,000 KRW) coupon with our visit which steered us towards them in the morning. Showers are plenty hot. Pleasant surprise to have complimentary water (8), soda (2), juice (4), sparkling water (2) in the fridge. There are 3 EV chargers on site (Level 1) but should have enough time to top off the car overnight. Overall had a pleasant stay and would stay here again if I were back in Jeju.

Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Place was nice and clean. Felt great and exclusive.

Our honeymoon villa was beautiful and super spacious The cinema and karaoke room was super fun, cozy, comfortable with everything we needed The staff was amazingly helpful, super kind, super fast, the food was out of this world amazing! We loved everything about the property and would definitely come back again
