Not what expected, reserved for 4 people. Only got 2 towels and 3 pillows. No service at all.

The AC unit in room 532 was very noisy and loud, otherwise it was a good stay.

Si the sofa bed was broken and we all had to sleep in one bee. The property had no room and thwre only response was “sorry. The also gave us no shampoo and said they were out.. the offered for to “ buy some” from their store.. STAY AWAY

Hotel is convenient for when we have family visiting. Last time my father got stuck in the elevator. The previous time the hot water was not working. Is a hit or miss situation

This property was amazing! The gripes? Well depending on who was working that day, they were either attentive or could care less. The front desk staff-all the female employees were amazing, the men exact opposite. Breakfast was ok, but the nailed it in our last day. Boiled eggs and burned paper thin bacon…shame on yall for that.

Only problem was toilet had no running water had to ask twice and the shower gel was empty even after they cleaned our room on the second day.

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. everything exceeded my expectations. I truly recommend it.

The washer on floor two did not work properly. I had to manually ring my close before placing them in the dryer. Was not pleased with this. I did not get a room upgrade. I see that it was mentioned. Was this a benefit available to me?
