The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The room is very old, you still use an actual key to open the door. The inside of the room has the chain on it so you can lock it. Needs some work to bring it back to life.

Todo muy bien , solo la alberca privada un poco sucia , tuvimos que pedir que la limpiaran y nos salieron dos cucarachas muy grandes

Overall cleanliness and reasonable prices. I did not like they don't have a luggage cart to take your stuff to your room

Property grounds are beautiful BUT this hotel Is OLD! Dated…. Pool bar is falling apart. Jacuzzi is disgusting the tile is old. And needed serious cleaning.

The property is beautiful, it is located in an amazing area. Very relaxing atmosphere. The only downside was the staff; unfriendly, and lacking customer service skills

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a longer vacation in Mexico. The resort is nice but could use a refresh - it’s a bit dated. It is in a beautiful area and has a great view of Lake Chapala.

Very comfortable and clean. The quietest hotel we have ever stayed at. Service at the bar is slow, when you can find it.
