I ordered 5 rooms for 5-7 December 2019. Request a connecting room and all rooms on the same floor level. Orders and vouchers have been issued since November 3, 2019. But during check-in, we are given 5 rooms with different floor levels. There is no choice and opportunity to change rooms. It's terrible, we 5 families in one book are given 5 rooms with different levels and floors from each other.
