This property is conveniently located with easy access to Raipur city and airport. If you have stayed in a Hyatt before, you will feel at home. Staff is very welcoming and courteous. Food options are great and tasty. I just wish they could give more privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom.

Location is good. Staff were keen to make sure your needs are met. Allowed us early checkin and restaurant was eager to please.

Excellent services and location

Worst Hyatt property I have stayed at. Everything from the staff behavior to the room design to cleanliness was below par. Not expected from a brand like Hyatt

The locations is perfect, getting cabs is a breeze, but the breakfast buffet isn’t the best considering the standards of a 5 star establishment.

Dining room and cleaning staff work so hard to please the customers . I found the staff on duty during my stay treat the people with respect and professionally. They are very efficient and nothing is a problem if needed anything.

It was a amazing experience during my stay in the property. The staff members were very friendly and prompt in providing service the moment we required them. The room was very clean and quite organized. The food was excellent and delicious.

Value for money

The hotel is part of a shopping mall which is unusual. But rooms and dining are on upper floors so you don’t notice. Only at lobby level. Staff are super helpful and followed up with everything from check in to room service. They are super attentive.

Room design is far from being cozy as there is no wall separation between sleeping area and the bathroom. Also hotel area was very noisy. Marriage music till midnight and road traffic. Had to get the room changed.Hotel is centrally located with a mall in the same building.

Like everything.From staff to location. Excellent hospitality. I have two get together about 25 people. From chef to all team provide Excellent service, advice. Food was great taste. Love to stay there again

The service and kitchen staff are amazing. Only thing I miss is my brand new white shirt which seems to have been tgrown away when servicing the room..

Staff was very helpful, my daughter was there for a week for tournament, she was well supported by the staff including food

Hotel reception area was unimpressive. Hotel looks run down. Room lay out was not impressive. Food ,Bar and service was good.Staff were very helpful and friendly. No swimming pool.Small fitness area. Overall not impressed with this hotel.

It’s close to the airport. There was no pool and the shower was a tiny cubicle

Privacy was good. Room service was bit delayed, had to wait sometimes.
