The room is spacious, nice and comfortable. Except the bathroom always smells even though it is cleaned.

The room if you book 2 person, You just use the room only 2 person, no more. However, the room is bigger than other general room hotel in Tokyo.

Shinjuku washington hotel is 700m away to shinjuku station and shinjuku bus terminal. The hotel looks small but it turns out that it can fit 2 big size 32 + 2 suitcases. The shower equipment was completely replaced every day. For thirsty people forget to buy drinking water, you can call directly 5 minutes later. Use the booking application is cheaper than other tour / agent places. Difference can be 300 thousand / night

The location of the hotel is close to tourist sites, for transportation, the hotel is close to Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku subway which is suitable for Tokyo Subway users. The hotel also provides buses to get to the airport.

Very helpful for guests heading to Haneda or Narita Airport because there is a limousine shuttle right in front of the hotel.

Small clean room. Located 15 minutes by walk to Shinkuju main happening area. Coin laundry machine in the hotel, useful for traveller.

Strategic location. - Best location for looking foods with adorable price in shinjuku area. - Inside the building, there are some Restaurant with high budget. - 10 Minutes walk to or from nearest station. - Airport Limousine Bus stop exactly in front of this hotel, this bus has route to or from Narita/Haneda airport. 2. Nice service - You can keep the luggage when you go out of Tokyo for a while. - You can keep breast milk in their refrigerator. - The Staff very helpful 3. Affordable price for rooms. 4. Be careful when you do reservation, this hotel has 2 building side yo side (Main and Annex).

Was an old building but still ok. It has a limousine bus service to Narita. So, we don't need to go to bus station bringing our luggages 🤣

Good hotel and very strategic location with shinjuku station and there is a limousine bus that can go directly to the airport ticket bus, can be purchased at the hotel with the help of friendly staff. helped because we don't need to carry baggage during the trip 😊

The hotel is nice and the rooms are not too cramped (twin room) and the bathroom is very complete without the hassle of having to take out the toiletries themselves they are available in but the hotel is quite far from the station, runs 500m to 900m. Early out the hotel enjoyed to walk but when I returned to the hotel ... hmm ... quite far and tired. Good point ... in front of the hotel there is a limousine bus that goes directly to Narita airport .... so it doesn't have to be difficult to go to the station and bring big suitcases to the station ... just to the front of the hotel and come to Narita ...
