Staff was great, they had a room available for early check in. Unfortunately the toilet wasn't flushing properly and overflowed, so I reported to the front desk but maintenance didn't arrive for over 5 hours. So I decided to go back down to the office again, the housecleaner was a few units down and I asked if she could help. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful! Fixed the situation right away. So while the facility wasn't the greatest, the staff was excellent. Thank you for your help.

'non smoking' room smelled like smoke

I took pictures of ceiling falling down! Water dripping from ceiling. Only Microwave outlet had to reach across sink- crossing water = electrical code violation! Key would not work. Room cleaners were VERY NICE. Front desk, not very competent.

While checking in, my travel partners needed to use a restroom. When we asked the check in person, another person interjected there was no bathroom but in the room. I asked him to clarify and he said, rudely, there were no public restrooms. They were hosting a pool party that day and that means, no one from the pool party had access to a restroom unles the were staying at the motel.

Unfortunately not the best experience so far, and now they’re charging for parking, is not like is La Vegas that we need to pay extra for parking

I had to get a room for a night, and this was the least expensive option, for $ 154 , what a joke! They should be ashamed of themselves.Known for its affordable rates, I asked the the desk agent why so expensive, and he stated that on Friday and Saturday the rates go up. Beds were horrible, woke up with back pain for the first time being away from home for 3 weeks. Microwave was not clean, mini fridge leaded water, cigarette burn marks on table, and bathtub. Choosing a room for my last night in Palm Springs was a last minute situation due to my other hotel had no cancellations for my fifth night. They didn’t confirm till late next morning when I had to find the person in charge. Had I known, I could have searched earlier or changed my flight to leave a day earlier. I would have saved myself major disappointment and $154 + tax. I should’ve spent the night in the airport, not sure it’s allowed at PSP, but would have been a much better option then this place. Also another reason for the ridiculous rate was stated to me at check in is that being close to downtown is considered an amenity. I have stayed at this chain lest than 5 times in other states, and it was reasonable, clean get what you pay for. This was a disgrace, shame on you. Was offered 10 percent discount at check out. Wished I had not stayed there. Also shower was not easy to manage turn on, as a senior I found it hard to manipulate. Called front desk, they sent a man up, he did it easily and laughed at me.

Air conditioner is horrible and saw a man urinating off the 2nd floor balcony 😮

Location was great - room was ok. Not the best for the price, but the location was worth it.

I’ve stayed here in the past and never had a problem. This time around sadly the Air conditioning was not working properly and it made for a difficult night of sleep.

It’s not the cleanest place, but I needed a place to stay for the night so it did the job. 24/7 front desk is a plus and they’re super helpful. Room was fine, pretty clean aside from the bathtub and a few smaller things but nothing too gross. The only major complaint I had was that other guests were very noisy and one guy kept yelling at his kids in the most ungodly way. There’s lots to do in the area and is close to some good restaurants. Overall, would recommend if you needed a place to crash for a night or two.

Property needs refurbishing. Nosey with sketchy guests.

Customer service was horrible the guy checking in wasn’t clear with any information, room ac was not working was sweating all night long, keycard wasn’t working had to get it changed, room and bed were smaller in person than they were in photos included

Expedia overbooking and Motel 6 Corporate location staff not able to issue refund due to overbooking when Expedia sight says 1 availability Left on the Day of checking in and says they canceled the booking date for 4/12/25 I Also cancelled it on Expedia sight 2 days prior to check in and this states cancellation and refund due. But as I'd to date. No refunds issued

I always get great customer service amd great courtesy. Rooms are ways clean and I like the area.

No fridge, you get what you pay for I guess. Never again

Fantastic location at a great price. Bed was comfortable and the place clean. It is need of remodel of the rooms though. The fairly new LVT tile floors were not installed correctly so there are gaps. The fixtures are old but functional. They really need to layoff of the Fabreeze though. I had to air the room out when I arrived. The staff are super friendly. I would stay again.

Location is good. They were short with pillows.

Poor communication from hotel. Refusing entitled refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
