Good size room, comfy bed, and open bathroom. Breakfast has good gluten and dairy free options. Coffee and tea is available in lobby 24/7. Place is a little dated and luggage had to be carried upstairs. However, I would stay here again.

Madelene åt reception is helpful, nice and important she smiles. Comfortable bed, clean room and surroundings. Breakfast had generous selection in both hot and cold choices. Excellent place to stay in Luleå

The room was nice, the area was calm. According to Hotels.com the breakfast was included - There was no breakfast! Myself I have short light blond hair. The bathroom floor had long dark hair on it from a previous guest. NOT NICE!

Convenient. A bit off central parts but just a short walk. The bathroom was very cold. Large room with comfortable bed.

Staff was disinterested and unhelpful. We asked for the hotel to call a taxi for an early departure to the airport, and no taxi showed up. At 3:30 am, there was no one at reception and were only available to someone with a cell phone plan that works in Sweden. We would not go back.

A friendly, convenient, quiet small hotel. It is 120 years old, but completely rennovated.

Hotel is okay for a one night stay. Rooms are small and beds are very basic. As comfortable as one can expect for this hotel. No issues. Check in is very easy. Bathrooms are also acceptable. Good shower heads but very dark in the shower. Not much lighting in the actual shower area. No plug ins beside beds. Not a huge problem but in today's pace of life, it would be welcomed.

We had a lovely stay here (just one night). Very clean and convenient. I found the bathroom facilities particularly nice and modern with radiant floor heating and an excellent shower (much better than you often find in Europe). The breakfast buffet (included) was exceptional and a lot of care goes into the homemade jams and breads - the whole thing really. Most of all, the lovely gentleman at the front desk made our visit. I am sure I am spelling his name wrong but it is Giralim. He was wonderful!
