the staff was friendly and helpful. there was a pleasant smell in the lobby and room. the phone in the room was broken. could not call for towels or extra pillows. tub didn't look very clean.

My only issue was/is the cockroach infestation. The few times we have stayed there, there have been a lot of cockroaches. The staff are super nice though.

Worst place we have ever stayed. We checked out after the first night and were supposed to stay 3. My wife had an allergic reaction to something from the room. The room was dirty. The floor had hair and dirt the sheets and pillows were dirty. There was endless things broken and the air conditioning didn’t blow cold. Don’t waste your money staying here. But the staff was nice.

Sink was clogged and maintenance wasn’t any help. No toilet paper on arrival. Received a “used” bar of soap.

This place is inexpensive to stay. You do get what you pay for and everything is in line with the price I paid. Ie. It a place to take someone for date night, but absolutely fine for a couple on a budget. I would stay here again.

We had to move from our first room, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all, toilet paper all over the floor. The room smelled so strong of cigarettes. My kids couldn’t stand it. The second room was clean but beds were like sleeping on the floor. Had to think of it like camping. No in room coffee and property was out as well. It was honestly one thing after another.

Front desk service was horrible. We get there and theres signs at the front desk CASH ONLY. He stated he called me and left a voicemail to let me know they took cash only for now and that was a lie. Parking lot blocks one side of parking and theres a security after like 8 or 9pm checking your pass. That shows me its not a safe area if they gotta hire a security for that. In the morning i heard someone cussing and threatening someone. Beds are so stiff and small. No ice on vending machine and bums roaming around. Never again!!

Great hotel, nice location. My only complaint is Hairs everywhere in bathroom in sink area shelves needs to be dusted. Over all had a great stay with the family.

Clean room

The location is conveniently close to legoland and the beach. You get what you pay for... all night door slammings, banging, and yelling of other guest a few doors down sounded like it was in our room.

The area of the hotel seemed well and there is security in the parking lot. The staff was nice.

Basic amenities were lacking - only a bar of soap provided with no shampoo, lotion, or body wash. Most concerning were the roaches I found in the room. The constant noise made it impossible to sleep, and the bed quality was poor. This location is definitely not suitable for families. Would give 0 stars if possible. Look elsewhere for your accommodation needs.

nice clean hotel but the rooms don't have microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and towels need to be replaced. Great location, 15 min walk to the ocean.

Staff that checked me in was very helpful & pleasant. On the other hand, there was no fan or AC in the room which made it hard to sleep in the summertime because it was too warm to sleep comfortably. I had to go buy my own fan for the following nights. The place was pretty clean but I found a a handful of long black hair (I have medium length lighter brown hair). It was on the bathroom floor as if they didn’t sweep or mop before I arrived. Overall it was okay but could have been better.

Disappointing Stay I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The room was extremely small, with hardly any closet space. The beds were very hard and lumpy, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Additionally, there was a faint odor in the room that I had to keep spraying Lysol to manage. With four people in the room, we had very little space to move around. It felt cramped, and we were basically on top of each other the entire time. To make matters worse, shortly after checking in, we discovered three bugs in the room. Two were likely water bugs, but one was a larger bug that was in the sink. We turned on the hot water, and it eventually went down the drain. I went to the front desk to ask if they had a known bug issue, and all I got was a "What room are you in?"—no apology, no offer for a new room, an upgrade, nothing. I was really disappointed with the lack of customer service and cleanliness. Despite the neighborhood seeming nice, I would never return to this hotel.

Offered Wi-Fi but it wouldn't work. The ice machine was toward the front, and we were in the back. Some basic cable channels seemed to be buffering. Room was small, shower was missing a liner, pillows weren't very comfortable. No temperature control panel. The plus side was the location. Close to many restaurants, Starbucks, and freeway. It was clean and was ok for the 2 nights we stayed. And it fit our budget with 3rd party discount.
