Hotel staff are very cute and support us enthusiastically. I really appreciate the staff here. The hotel space is warm and friendly. Convenient location for exploring and walking around the Old Town. I am very satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

Very convenient location, close to tourist attractions, just go to 7-eleven, laundry shop, local restaurant. Clean room, friendly and polite staff. However, the soundproofing is a bit poor.

My family and I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the enthusiasm of the staff here. The location of the hotel is also ideal, in the heart of Chiang Mai and a few steps from the Sunday night market. Only a minor inconvenience is that hotel wifi is weak and difficult to connect. But in short, I was very pleased.

Overall, the rating for this hotel is good except the services by the restaurant staff as we experienced slight discomfort. The waitress on duty was not friendly and we were treated as we were not welcomed by her during our 1st day of breakfast.
