No seating place in lobby. We reached at 1pm Had to stand for 2hrs. Towels are too small in size. AC making loud noise.

It was cheap but too dirty.

Had to go back to registration bec key card won’t open the room.on our check in day. IShe gave us the wrong room. Second day our card won’t work again. Had to go to registration again. I guess this is what you get for the price

Terrible experience. Wood was rotting around bathroom door. Refrigerator didn't work. Ceiling tiles appear to about to fall. Toilet didn't flush. Carpet stains down the hallway. Some lights didn't turn off in the room. TV screen burnt out and discolored.

Staff was amazing, helpful, and positive and good vibe. The room was... a room. The floor was dirty still. Walls had splashes or food here and there. It was.... It did its job for the night. Bed was comfortable atleast!

Nice place to stay but no microwave or mini refrigerator

Guest of the day wasnt sure what that was about but it gave me an upgraded room because of it. Ill be rebooking here even if it was a one time deal the price was good and the level of noise being in the city was very low for being near the busy area. The front desk staff was great helped me with all my questions and made everything swift.

The pictures the have are completely Bogus. The room stunk and the flooring was coming up in the room, . My daughter had just had surgery and almost fell because of the flooring coming up. It was a horrible place, full of dogs.

It's a property was extremely disgusting no cleanness lots and lots of dust inside of our room it's not kept well and it was false advertisement compare to the pictures we've seen I don't advise anyone to go there

Convenient location but expensive parking, rundown and no maid service

Non working AC unit, no mini fridge, but ok place to just sleep for a night out.

Pillows were too flat, bits of dirt on the sheets

Old facility with little or no recent paint jobs or carpet cleaning. Was very close to downtown and clerks were extremely helpful in my navigation of a new place

Nice place close to the pier! Close to the trains and great restaurants!

It was the worst hotel ever, beds that sink and are so old, and I got sick on the first night

It was pleasant but issues with water outage and clogged sink otherwise everyone was kind helpful centrally located access to all we needed!

the stay in this hotel is so much fun because is in downtown.

the property had clean surroundings but, the carpet needed to be cleaned and for God's sake fix the thermostat and the noisy air conditioner

Water was turned off for an hour without notification, so couldn't shower once turned on black water kept coming out. Slow elevator, room smelled like cig smoke, mold in the bedroom bathroom ceiling painted over. I wouldn't stay here again.
