The room was perfect for my husband and i. We walked everywhere. The train station was super close, 10 min walk (if you walked slow). The staff was phenomenal. Would stay again.

We were greeted by a very helpful and polite chap who spoke exceLlent English and he happily talked us through the features available in the hotel and the town. He made several great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful and pleasnatly served. The bed wsn't the comfiest, but not too bad. The location is very handy too. The free parking 5 minutes walk away wa easy and convenient to. Not a lot open on a Monday night so the local cafe was the only real option, but that was fine.Small quiet hotel with friendly happy staff. What more do you want?

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day, Free filtered cold water you can fill in glass bottles anytime which is very handy when its hot outside. Location is perfect if you want to travel to Pisa or Florence by train. Train station is less than 10 min walk. Many caffes and restaurants close by. 5 min walk to all the shops , amenities and places to see. Definitely recommend it.

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was immaculately clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were extremely spacious. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend and also great value.

It wasn't as explained on the website. They didn't had any coffee in the room and its not located in Florence and had to travel one hour to get to the Florence city centre. Limited sitting and dining area and it looked like a carehome it was also so boring. Never go there again.

We missed our train and arrived at 1am :( Being as very small hotel, the reception closes around 930pm unless you get in touch with theanager to arrange a late check in. Well, we were greeted at 1am and it was smooth from that moment until check out two days later very cosy and nice hotel, and breakfast, which was included , was delightful, just as the person who served us. Located close to shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. I recommend 100 times for your stay 9j Montecatini Tempe. Thanks again!!!

Well located near the centre of the city, with free car parking in a public car park 5 minutes away. The owner was very nice and helpful. There's an honesty bar and a few tables and chairs outside if you want to sit and watch the world go by. We paid a little extra for a small suite and felt it was worth it for the additional space. Breakfast was good continental fare with nice coffee. Overall good value for money.

Stay here and it will make your holiday! This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at during a month's tour. Carlo is an excellent host and really goes the extra mile to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Top quality accommodation at a great price, very comfortable bed and great location. A fantastic breakfast was included with an excellent selection - freshly cooked and baked by the friendly and helpful Barbara. Very highly recommended.

A wonderful Michelin listed hotel located in a central location in beautiful Montecatini Terme. I’d rate it as a affordable high quality boutique hotel. Carlo and his wonderful team see to your every need. Wonderful breakfast prepared to your order and served with the sweetest smile every day. A perfect way to start a great day. They are there to help their guests with anything from booking tours to printing train schedules, restaurants etc…it felt like home away from home. The hotel is very clean. Rooms were big enough with spacious bathroom and great shower. Filtered water offered in lobby area along with precleand glass bottles, a very helpful service you’d come to appreciate as a tourist. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back every time I go to my favorite town of Montecatini Terme.

Great value - stylish lovely place, good location and quality staff!

This is a lovely hotel, you will NOT be disappointed. Lovely continental breakfast served by Barbara, lovely lady, only €8pp, well worth it. Exceptionally clean. Location near to centre (10mins) and near to stations which take you to lucca, florence and pisa well worth a visit. Funicular to montecatini alto also smashing. The spa gardens and building so Italian, loved it all ..Carlo at the hotel a lovely man. If you didnt like this hotel then you have the problem. Well recommended

Loved everything about this place! The description of the check-in on the Expedia Site is totally wrong and needs correcting A.S.A.P.!!! There is a large and very attractive, manned reception area with check-in available at all hours - not as described by Expedia, at the time of booking! This lovely, modern, clean, revamped, friendly and well staffed Hotel, welcomes clients at all time of day and night, requiring only to be informed of the arrival time, if after 20.30 hrs. Friendliness and professionalism of the staff make this beautiful place like a home away from home! I would very highly recommend it, as not only it should have 5 stars in my view, but is close to everything, is in the centre and within walking distance of both train station, for sightseeing further afield. I would love to go back with family there again!

Excellent service and great stay

The service, cleanliness and location were excellent. The rooms are a little sparse but the worst part was the bed. It wasn't comfortable at all. The bathroom was huge and the shower was great.

Great location and wonderful staff. Super buffet breakfast in the morning. Rooms were small but met our needs and the bathrooms clean and roomy.

New clean spacious excellent location. Friendly stuff.
