The “available parking” is a paid lot across the street that fills up early.

Very spacious. Helpful staff. Opposite shrine very close to market Castle, Garden and Samurai houses. Also close to bus stops.

The staff at the hotel was nice and polite. I couldn't enjoy much because JR Kagayaki's delay. I know it's not hotel's fault, but changed whole my travel plan. I'll go back there sometime future when I visit Japan next time. What I didn't like the hotel was that it was hard to find the location. This one too, after more than 4 hours delay and started to rain and getting dark, got on wrong bus, I was distressed. I can find the place a little easier next time.

Hotel was in an ok location. Room was dated but fairly large for Japan standards. The only thing that bugged me was that some power points does not work until you turn on certain switch. Breakfast was good too, complimented by a magnificient view as restaurant was top of the building. Staff was very nice as they offered a drink voucher as our room was not ready when we arrived.

Room was unexpectedly large! Highly recommended!

Nice hotel in a great location with easy walk to Kanazawa Castle Park and Kenrokuen gardens. Excellent shopping bars and restaurants nearby and superb transport links.

Wonderful staff, very welcoming and helpful. Very comfortable hotel, the top floor bar and restaurant have excellent views and good food and service. Yuzen japanese restaurant just excellent

The New Grand in Kanazawa, Japan, is neither new nor grand. It's an OK hotel for sleeping and showering, but other than that has nothing to recommend it.

Kanazawa was a wonderful city to visit. Good food. Interesting historical areas to explore - especially the samurai quarter.

コーヒーマシンがたぶん壊れてるのか２ミリくらいしか出てこなかった。 氷は部屋にもらえるようにして欲しい。

古いがしっかりリノベされ、手入れされていて非常に快適。スタッフも老舗らしい対応で火の打ちどころなし。空いているからと予約よりいいお部屋にしてくださり快適の極みでした。 ありがとうございました。

駐車場があり安心。徒歩とバスで観光できて便利。

ベビーベッドの貸し出しにも対応していただき非常に助かりました！また、備品の故障にもすぐに部屋にきて交換していただけて助かりました

お部屋のグレードアップしていただき、スタッフ対応などすべて期待以上でしたが、着物を掛けられるところがないのが残念でした。 金沢駅からタクシーを利用しましたが、年配のドライバーさんは、プレステージとプレミアが隣接していることを知りませんでした。

改装後初めての利用です。老舗の風格を感じる施設です。

建物、部屋、設備などは古いが快適に過ごせました。難点を挙げるとすれば、コンセントが少ない点です。広い部屋に家族５人で泊まりましたが電気スタンドのプラグを抜かないとみんなの携帯電話や機器を充電できなかった。朝食が美味しかった。
