Nice place staff was fantastic

We arrived at the property at 8:32 PM, and there was *no*response when we buzzed at at the outside door for reception. There was a number listed on the door, but I had no Polish SIM card, so I couldn't call. After a frantic wait, we talked to two women leaving the hotel, who gave us the mobile number of the proprietor and we were able to make a WhatsApp call to her and get our key out of the lockbox at the entrance. The room was supposed to have a double and a twin bed, the twin bed had no sheets. We never saw any staff on site, so there was no one to ask to get that made up. Further, there was mildew in the shower and the area was really noisy. I can't stress enough what a nightmare the check in experience was after a long day of traveling on the train. Avoid this place.

Very central, just around the corner from the square, ideal for all trips, eating out etc. The gentleman who we dealt with mainly was very accommodating and very helpful. Was very hot so the room was equipped with an air conditioning unit which was very much needed. Could be a little bit noisy outside due to it being right by the square but we took earplugs so it wasn’t an issue. Overall a nice clean apartment and would recommend

Perfect 2 mins from square… restaurant and bars and shops all walking distance… major attractions all nearby … we really enjoyed our stay here … 💯 recommend

Very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location right next to the main square. Room at the back so noise at night not an issue. Only downside, 2 mornings were woken before 7am due to construction workers. Room basic but clean and spacious. Tea, coffee and kettle. Plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. Always plenty of hot water. Fridge for milk etc. Would recommend.

Ours was a really big well appointed room, our friends the same but not as big. Best position only 50m from the main square on road south to the castle. Bed super large, but not the comfiest, for me. Had to ring to get key code. Downside, road outside was understandably busy, fine most of the time, but even in the night, so noise at times would wake me.

Liked area with many dinning options very close to Old Town 15 min walk to Main Train Station near many Tram linesvcouple running place were very nice do not recommend if have trouble going up stairsl

This was so disappointing. We left 10 mins after checking in. Do not even believe the photos. This place was filthy. Towels were great and one little towel per person. Absolutely no amenities in the bathroom as stated The common area looked like a second hand store with empty wine bottles and garbage all around. The guy that met us was hyper and scattered. He couldn’t find the keys to the rooms and was pretty rude. There was no fan in the stinky stuffy room. Honestly I have stayed at better hostels than this dump.

We booked this property last minute on the day and then arrived late into the night the owner was brilliant and so accommodating. The room and facilities were exactly what we needed and the location was great we were right in the centre of the old town with everything we did in our trip in walking distance! Could fault the property or staff all were amazing.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the hotel was so central to everything and just off the main market square, they rooms were clean, comfy and had plenty of space. The staff were wonderful and arraged all the trips that we wanted to do. Will definitely be returning in the future as 4 days just wasn't long enough.

Fabulous central spot. Within walking distance of the old town, the castle, Jewish quarter. Noisy at night time but our room was on the front. Room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay there again.

We used this property as a base during a 4 day stay in Krakow and it was perfect. Clean and looked after but be aware of 31 steps up to the reception and rooms.

Our 3rd time staying, would not stay anywhere else. A minute from the square. Host is pleasant and helpful. Building is beautiful, safe and secure. Would recommend a room facing the street. Can’t wait to return Jo

Average. Noise front and back (back workmen banging hammering before 6am each morning. Then the taxi ordered and arranged by hotel, we were tols to pay hotel staff day before our departure, we did 35 euros. But when we arrived at the airport the taxi driver said no we dont pay hotel we pay driver and things became very heated...and was upsetting, we had to pay another 35 euro...I called hotel and they said they will refund 35 euro ..nobody wants to have to pay twice.

Fantastic property just off the market square in the middle of the old town area of krakow. Clean and comfortable. We were in room 3 which was very spacious. I didn’t catch his name but the man on reception was very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble for him. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. My only criticism would be that there was only one thin pillow each so having another would have been good, having said that we didn’t actually ask for another one and I’m sure we’d have been given one if we’d asked. All in all I would recommend this aparthotel if you’re after a good clean comfortable base in the centre of the old town area and I would stay there again.
